There is no rules about borrowing items and having to give them back. It's trust, which is personal, not a site issue.

true, i shouldnt trust everyone so much...but he had ghosted it before and it was returned and i wasnt really expecting it

The thing is... it's not really scamming. :S In scamming, the scammer usually offers something. In this case, he just asked to borrow an item... and decided to keep it.

It sucks. But unfortunately, I don't think the staff can get involved because then they would have to start getting involved with other member personal issues as well.

I only let really close friends ghost my items. Like Chi, Anna, Rawr, Creps, Julianna, and others to do that. Though people would not want to target me since I would eat them if they tried something like that on me.
