That might have been the same problem for me. I think I didn't really understand how it was applied and that threw me off.

Statistics is incredibly easy for me compared to Calculus.

Probably. Half my problem was I took Stats online and I couldn't get the stupid Minitab software to work with it.

I remember Stats being ridiculously easy, but I also had a great teacher.

I took Calculus and Calculus 2. :3nod:

Stats was boring as hell for me, my professor read out of the book, and did examples out of the book as our in class examples -_-

I want to take calc again. >.> Did it in high school decided that the AP exam wuold be too hard, and now need to take it in college. If only they would offer the damn course I need. :/ I want I and they only have II and III offered. D:

My teacher was award winning, and made the class really easy to learn. But he wasn't my teacher. He was a former teacher at my school who went to a different school but taught that class to three different schools over NDEN (the distance learning network my school had).

My teacher did all kinds of fun things. We had all kinds of odd projects--once he split us into pairs and sent each group to count the cars in a parking lot on campus and then count how many of those cars were yellow (so we ended up as a whole class counting all the cars on campus), and then forming statistics based on that. We also did statistics involving birthdays, and every test he had an extra credit gamble. You could choose not to do it and get 1 extra credit point, or you could bet on the results of a basketball game or something similar. If you chose the right team, you got two points; if you chose the wrong team, you got zero points.
