Nope. I crashed and took a 2 hour nap. I had to force myself out of bed though. o_o I assume I'm just drained. My sinuses are a little screwy too, so I imagine it's related.
Yay for work being sort of almost done! Though it sucks you have a lot of course work. I do have some assignments to do, but I don't even want to think about them until Sunday.

I can't do that unfortunately, otherwise I would. xD
The problem is since my Tuesday is packed full, and I have my two work groups on Wednesday, I have to have it done before Tuesday.
I'll just see how it goes. I think once I get use to it, and definitely use to reading so much Dutch, that I'll have more time than I do know.
And a plus point, the mentor hour I have is on Friday, but not every Friday. Out of the 14 or something weeks in the first semester, we only have the mentor hour for 8. Which means 6 Fridays I don't have to worry and can just sleep after work.

I can tell you're tired because you rarely have grammatical errors. I do it, too. Where "no" is "know" and "used" is "use". Make sure you get recharged.
How long do you do this for? Until December? Then the scheduling changes?

Still about Chi? Snuck online for a little bit as hubby I think has dozed off....sometimes I feel like a little kid. :XP (He claims he doesn't sleep as well when I'm not there...that I don't want to screw up my sleeping pattern too much...)
Having a caramel fudge pop and it is sooo yummy.

I read through my posts and can't see my spelling mistakes. >.>
Although it is one of the first things to go when I get tired, I make spelling mistakes. And my Dutch becomes terrible. Can't speak it for the life of me when I'm exhausted.
And yes, until January at the end of the semester after exams. Then I get to juggle my schedule all over again. ;D Except I'll have one less class for English, and hopefully one less/two less for Law.
And rant time, sorry it seems like we're only talking about me.
But my boss kept sending us an email telling us the night was missing a list of information we have to print out daily at night. Except for the first 5 emails she forgot to include the number of the list so we can find it in our computer system. Well her emails get more and more demanding, until she finally tells us the number. Also she wrote that this was the last time she was going to send the email and that it NEEDED to be done.
So alright, I think. Why not, she finally gives us the list number that we need to print out alongside two other lists. Well I go into the computer system and print it out, and it is the exact same list as one of the two we were already printing out and faxing daily.
>.> Seriously. You think she would have checked this beforehand, to see if maybe, just maybe, we were actually doing it correctly?
So now I print out the list twice, and fax it to her twice. It's a waste of about 6 pages of paper.
Anyways, tell me about you.
Maybe you're getting sick? You should start talking vitamin c, that's what I do from the first sign of anything wrong. And if it doesn't get better, remember to go to the doctor. With all the talk about the Mexican Flu, you can never be too careful.

Hi there Rando! Sounds like work is a tad stressful. :| Just what you don't need, given the fact you haven't been sleeping good and are loaded with schoolwork. Hoping things even out for you there!

Thank you. :D
But you're right, I don't need the stress at work.
Since the corporate take-over, so much has been changing constantly, it's hard to keep up.

I guess I've kind of lucked out in a way...I've got the complete opposite - I'm bored out of my skull at the moment. I couldn't get in for fall semester fast enough, and I'm just trying to get all the stuff lined up for Spring. Since work laid me off I don't have much to do than clean and fart around. Too bad I can't give you some of my spare time! :XP

Well do you like Philology? xD
Or British Literature?
You're more than welcome to take over those course loads for me.
Or even better, Intro to Constitutional and Administrative Law. 8D

Ehh are they in Dutch? That's a big no no right off the bat since I don't even know a single word. :XD
But wow...some heavy courses...Ick British Literature? Sounds boring. I never liked those type of classes though.

@Izumi
I had gone to bed last night. Sorry. XD; Cole was heading to sleep around 11 and I was sort of tired anyway, so I just went along.
@Rando
You're not ranting. >.> And things like that at work I can't stand. It's a waste of time if someone higher up can't bother looking to see if it's done correctly in the first place. Grr.
I feel better today. I've been taking multivitamins for a while. I think I just need to eat better. I cook really good dinners but breakfast tends to be coffee and lunch is "eh... I don't wanna cook... a handful of rice crackers MUST be good for me, right?"
I'll just get a bunch of salad stuff. XD I could go for something crispy-crunchy right now anyway.
Still sneezing though. Maybe it's something outside. >/

Ohhh speaking of dinner, I'm going to be trying my hand at making some Cornish pasties. This is either going to be a major win or a major fail. I haven't had some since I've left England and we were watching some show on TV where they had one home made and I was like OMIGOSH that looks sooooo good!
I stayed up last night late and hubby said that 'I left a trail of evidence' in his daily email that I got up last night after he went to bed. Whoops. :XD

xDDD
What's in the Cornish pasties?
I'm either going to make stuffed shells or chili today. I'm thinking the latter since it's quicker. I don't really feel like eating it though. I went to the store yesterday and bought a lot of beef that was already ground up and bagged. The label said it was good until the 8th, but it can't possibly be. It smells like it was mixed with older beef. It's not gone bad, but it's not going to last until the 8th.
>/ Sigh.

Cornish Pasties have a filling of turnip, onion, potato, and steak. They're *really* yummy...!
Eww about the meat. We tend to throw stuff in the freezer for weeks though and it seems to be fine. Meat isn't as good though once it's frozen but it lasts forever. They had chicken breasts on sale last night and also chuck eye steaks and ground beef so we went to town and stocked up while it's good. We should have enough meat to last us a long while now. Just might need to pick up the other bits and pieces for the meal.

Sure will do! I've got my fingers crossed that it turns out to be really yummy. I have a horrible craving for some and I can taste it in my mouth.
Another thing I *really* want to make my own is Caramel Shortcake. That stuff is *heavenly*.....!
Wasn't it Rando who said English cooking is really plain? Not all of it...There are a couple really yummy ideas I picked up while living there. :)

I think he meant it was more bland where spice was concerned. :3 So it's not overly oily and "rip your guts out" spicy with heat.
I could go for some bangers and mash.

I could go for some bacon.
And it's good to hear your feeling better.
I won't stress eating breakfast, since I rarely do but I do think you should eat lunch. Usually the fasting has worn off for me by lunch time, and that's when I get hungry. And at least salads are really healthy so you should eat that.
And I did say English cooking was bland. xD I'm still under that impression, at least compared to Mexican/Chinese/Japanese. But I love spicy/salty food.

Ohhhh that sounds yummy too!!
I'm going to feel kinda homesick for England now. I wish I could take a jet over there, get some food then jet back. What I'm dying to have now is one of my old local's chicken kabobs with chilli and garlic sauce. Ohhh so bad but it was *SOO* good. Also, after having *british* chinese, I can't eat the American equivalent. Well I can but it just isn't as good...I miss the chinese local too. And curry. Mmmm. I got hubby to open up and try some curry dishes and he loves them too. Something about the spices in that are so yummy. Yah I realize the British took these foods from other countries but they injected a little of their own and made it yummy.

Rando, will you take this screwdriver down to Cole? It's cold outside and I'm in my pajamas and don't want to move. ;___; It's about a 5 minute walk?
Edit to Izumi:

Weird, I didn't think there was much difference.
I missed Chinese until I went to England and it was for me at least almost identical. I was so happy I ate it twice the week I was there.
@Chi: Sure.

Yay!!
Mmm, we met each other halfway. XD I commented that he smelled like pizza to which he said he hasn't eaten anything today but there was pizza in the building down there. Apparently my sense of smell goes beyond walking in the wind...
And I love Chinese food. Since the whole food allergies thing, I've been learning to make a lot of dishes. Cole really likes the sesame chicken I make but I hate it. I love my stirfrys though. XD
