Up to more questing again Pietro? Avvie looks pretty cool though. Good luck.

@Chi - Ohh that dinner sounds yummy! Out of curiosity, do you do facebook? I'm looking for more friends who play playfish games like Pet Society, Restaurant City, or Country Story. They're really cute games and free to play. I just finished doing all my dailies. :)

Yeah, you have to find the magic number for it otherwise you just get burnt out, or bored.

Everything good in the family?

I always block the games... *fail* XD;;

@Pietro
Good luck finding one. :3 Seems few want to sell anything lately.

He probably won't be home for a few hours. He's loading a truck full of lobsters right now. >>,

I'm not sure how we'd classify how things are going. Someone in the immediate (immediate) family got sentenced yesterday to 6 months in prison starting January, plus an $8000 fine. We're coming to terms with that and figuring out what to do as a family unit to take care of his business while he's away.

Awww nuts! *snaps fingers* I usually block any other requests, as I'm only really into those three games. I especially love pet society, as it's very tamagotchi-esque. You name your pet and dress it up and it's house and you can do all sorts of things like fishing and growing plants. It's adorable. :heart:

I just wish there were a way to block out everything but status messages by default. I love FB in terms of keeping in touch with friends, coworkers and family, but.. Dx

I'm thinking the gold I got from the Pirate/Ninja set I sold tonight will be going toward October CIs. I guess it depends how much I like them. XD;

Yeah I am selling items and waiting. If I don't like them then I'll just buy a lot of random stuff.

My brain makes no sense. This project I'm doing is due at 10:00. I'm about fifty addresses away from being complete, which will take me, no buffer time added, 30 minutes to complete. I just sent an e-mail to my supervisor saying that I'd have it to him at 10:30, and my immediate reaction to it sending is, "Hm. Now I have time to go check things like Mene." <<,, Even though it really will take me exactly half an hour to do this.

...

Right, going now.

Morning everyone! *stretches arms* I really should make myself go to bed earlier. I've been going to bed about 2am now for the past couple of weeks. Feels like I waste most of the morning.

Brr it's been colder the past couple of days. I guess fall is officially here now. September was lovely and warm, and all the sudden a cold front came through and it changed like that.

@Cami
Stop procrastinating. Psycho-analyze yourself and figure out why you're unfocused. It's going to be the end of you.

@Bartuc
It's a long, long story. I'll give you the condensed version and say that he didn't realize he had violated his probation. The only reason it happened is because someone who didn't like him tattled on him. So, there ya go. Humanity's compassion and whatnot.

The fine isn't a big deal. It's the prison time that sucks. I'm just grateful it's not the full 27 months it would have been had we not testified via letters and video.

@Izumi
I sort of do and sort of don't miss going to bed at 2am. I always felt so guilty if I slept 10am or later. I have no good reason to stay up that late other than good TV and role-playing. Those...aren't really good reasons anymore.

I'm getting used to being up around 7am now, but I wish I'd start going to bed at 10pm rather than 11. All will be well then. :XD

Mmm... I'm stuck on campus from now 'till probably 9. I have a group meeting for my class. I finished interning about 40-45 minutes ago.

Buuut, I'm going to be productive and start on my case presentation that's due Wednesday. I'll be tickled if I get it done before my meeting tonight. It'll be one less thing to do on the weekend. Huzzah!

There's always the reinforcement method. Punish yourself. (I'm serious.)

I'm not good at punishing myself. I plan to but then I don't

Edit: Have you watched the season premiere of House yet? I'm about halfway through.

Punishing myself...I should do that when I do stupid stuff like emotional eating. It's tough though. I need to get my book out and read it...see what it recommends to do to deal with this. I really want to break my habit of it and try to eventually get down to a 'healthy' weight. :|

@Chi - Part of my problem is I don't really have a reason to be up early, therefore I don't push myself. I've tried making myself wake up at 6am, and I end up taking a nap around noon. :|

Alas, it seems to me that if she had the fortitude to reinforce herself, she'd have the fortitude to not procrastinate. :)

Izumi: I totally do emotional eating, and it doesn't seem to matter what emotion. It's like, "I had a really bad day. I deserve an ice cream sundae to make me feel better." "I had a great day! I should eat an ice cream sundae to celebrate!"

Kin: XD I thought that too.
