No we went to court, and we had our case called. The judge said that we had until roughly 2pm before we would be seen and encouraged us to try to dispute it amongst ourselves. Well the landlord showed us photos of the carpet pulled up and there was no way in hell we could probe that wasn't us...so we went ahead and just settled. It's $200 less and if we try to drag it out longer, it'll make it even more painful. Technically we have 21 days to come up with the payment in full, and then the landlord can technically take us back to court, but that's his call and if he does we can go back and show that we do not have the means to pay for it and then the judge would work out a payment scheme.

The landlord said we could just pay him in small monthly installments of like $50 a month. I told Aaron this might mean that cable will be cut...That's $30 of it right there.

Damnit. I have a plug now...

I ate a sweet potato. It was delicious. And then I took a second shower, because I was feeling oily from the hair products the lady used to cut my hair.

@Izumi: That sucks! But at least it is $200 less. And at least the landlord will let you pay it in installments. But for next time, you should totally take before and after pictures of the carpet. And, really, the entire house. That way you don't get screwed.

I'm getting my belly button pierced soon so hopefully that'll inspire me to lose my extra weight.

So you like junk food, too. That's probably part of why you don't eat real food. I find that the more good foods I like, the less junk foods I tend to like.

When I was working at Albertsons I found a damp bathing suit laying over one of the cart return things.
And a cane on a cart. I brought the cane in and was like "Well he ain't gettin' far...". xD

I have no work tomorrow, either. Though I did get booked Monday night for Economics tutoring. I swear I'm going to be tutoring all week next week.

I have to go to a chiropractic appointment, but other than that, I'll be waiting to see if Cole's working or not. If the weather is poor (meaning no work), we'll go out. If it's not, I'll come back here and do homework or something. xD
