Meh. I just went up to talk to the vet school. Interview to get back in and such. I don't think it went well. And then when I came home, I was tired and frustrated (I'm sick on top of everything), and I set my food on the table and turned around for five seconds and Fizz had a chalupa on the ground and she and Maddie were devouring it. SO I ended up screaming at them and throwing them out on the balcony. Which made me feel like crap. :(

Do you know when you'll know how the interview went? Will it be via a telephone call or a snail mail reply?

I hope the day gets better. :( *squeeze* I'll be in and out. I'm cleaning.

Finished work and am going to get another copy for hubby - he dug up some of his crap he isn't playing. I'm soo excited as I haven't gotten a good game to play two player in some time. I think I might be scaring him with my excitement but it's like yaaaay I have someone to hunt with like old times. ^____^

Still have a crap load of christmas pressies to make.

Speaking of 2-player games... Cole and I got the New Super Mario Bros. game for the Wii. It was on sale for $35 with free shipping (sealed), so we jumped on it.

It's definitely a game which requires full cooperation. I like it so far, but we'll see if we kill one another (in and out of game) once the harder levels hit. :XD

Someday we'll both have (more) money. My group mates and I are going to band together next semester for our Senior Seminar project, and I hope it doesn't take up too much of my time. I want to get back to work. They all seem on board that we don't want to do as much as we did with Research Methods.

Fingers crossed. I want money again.

Edit: So, my mom has decided, with just cause, that my life has the most drama of anyone she knows. After three months of no one interested in the room, we now have two people, who replied within an hour of each other, both wanting to take it.

We've already interviewed both of them. #1 said she'd take the room last Friday, but then didn't get back to us after I sent the forms until late last night. #2 we met yesterday, but is a personal friend of Roomie D's sister. #1 emailed last night after #2 left asking some questions which I replied to. #2 emailed today saying he'd take the place and asking for the forms. #1 emaled less than an hour later saying that she'd sent our landlord the form and asking when to meet with us to sign the lease.

I'm back for a short amount of time. I think I way overdid it today. I woke up at 6 this morning to get ready for that interview, took a 30 minute nap when I got home, and went to work at 3:30 this afternoon. I just got home from work, and I feel like a total train wreck. Worse than I have all week. I should have called in sick. My boss even came in to work this evening because she thought I *would* call in sick, but I didn't. Guh.

I just got my belly button pierced!! =D

I feel like I'm going to throw up. I have to leave in about an hour and go give a presentation to a pile of people in a lecture hall-type building. :gonk: I'm never good at them.

At public speaking? I'm disastrous. I can do a lot of things, but that is not one of them. My voice audibly shakes and I stumble my words.

It's stupid though. I can speak one-on-one with a stranger (or two, or three), but put me into a room half full of people I know and half without, and nope! XD

WHY IS LIFE SO DIFFICULT?

I already told you about the roommate issue, right? Well, so one of the potentials failed to correctly fill out the form (leaving off all of her employment information) so Irene is anti her. The other one hasn't filled the form out yet.

Meanwhile, I just arrived back in IL last night. I had that whole potential job thing going on that he wanted to talk to me in person about mid week. I emailed him last Friday saying I'd be flying out to IL on Wednesday, so I could talk to him anytime before 12:30 on Wednesday, or if that didn't work for him, I could change my flight.

No word from him, so I left on my scheduled flight.

And then he calls me this morning and leaves a message that says, "Hi, I was just looking on my calander for when we scheduled to meet, and it's not on there. Could you call and let me know when we're scheduled for?"
