That's cool cause I hate having duplicates on my account...drives me nuts. :P

Izumi: I have one of each item currently out. <333 How was your Christmas?

Chi: D: I can tell from you're outfit that you're really feeling the season.

Kin: I have internet on my phone, so I favorited the pantry and opened my phone to it every once and awhile while at my grandparents or on the drive back to Illinois to claim an ingredient.

My Christmas was pretty watered down this year present wise, but we still got together with both sides of the family.

We had a good time, and I got a bunch of nice handmade goodies from mom for me (which I love. :heart:) and I got a set of old Avon decanters in the shape of cats from my MIL, which I thought were adorable and are in my bathroom right now. We had spiral honey ham too many times now, but still it was very yummy and I'd love to do it all again. :)

I... got really spoiled this Christmas, mostly by Kin. ;-; I loved it. And it's been a blessing for many reasons.

OH oh what'd you get Chi??

Still hoping that once my check gets cut from my leftover grant that I can break down and buy that laptop/netbook computer 'for school' plus I would like a couple other things that I haven't been able to afford. We'll see though...I'm just WAITING for something to break, or another bill to come out of the wood works that will take presidence...*sigh*

I got some good stuff. My mom took me shopping for clothes, which was good considering that I haven't gotten any new clothes since she took me shopping for them last year. <<,, New clothes are a luxury I can't afford. My favorite gifts are a snuggie from my aunt (which I'm using right now), and an alarm clock that runs away that my brother P gave me (XD It's the most awesome thing. It's on wheels and it beeps wildly and runs away from you so that you have to get up to stop it).

What did I get? Lordy... uhhh...

I got all the Saw movies up to Saw V, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, GBA game covers, Final Fantasy Legend, Final Fantasy Legend II, Final Fantasy Legend III, Final Fantasy Adventure, sex toys (lol), Adventure Island II, Halloween and Halloween 2, ear buds (AWESOME ear buds)...

And that was just from Kin. o.o

I figured I'd toss something more festive together. :XD

Cami - I've seen a video of an alarm clock like that - was HILARIOUS to watch. Luckily I usually get out of bed without much of a fight like that...!

Chi - Oh la la sex toys!! :XD I got from hubby a 4GB SD memory card (was for my PSP but doesn't fit..), a flash USB card for school, a cute notebook with a kitty on it, a pack of cute erasers, and Rockband Unplugged for my PSP...We only had about $60 per person to work with so all hubby got was a bath robe, a pair of plush pj pants, and Dissidia, which hasn't left his hands for quite some time. :P

I limited myself to ten dollars per person this holiday season, and unfortunately I couldn't get stuff for everyone. :/ I hate being poor.

Next year I hope to have more funds. This year it felt like we needed to spoil one another, so we did. I got him quite a buttload of stuff too.

We got a lot of cookware from my mother, which helps. A new chili pot, a couple strainers--things like that. All in all, it was a good haul and I was more than spoiled. ;-; <3

We ended up doing a massive creative project with both hubby and I for all our friends and family and it turned out really good and we loved it. If we have the time and money next year I want to do it again.

This has nothing to do with anything, but Roseanne had entirely too many heart rending moments for a sitcom. :(

Mmm, I'm out for a bit. I'm gonna go put away some groceries (HEALTHY STUFF YAY!!), and maybe see if I can weasel the TV away from my husband. >.> Maybe.

Oh, but I forgot to tell you my good news! D: And you're leaving!

/tells Izumi her good news instead/ We finally have a third roommate. ^-^ We still have to pay the extra amount for January, but February on we're down to normal rent coverage.
