I'm doing pretty well. We've had a nightly tradition lately of watching a disc or two of the Roseanne seasons I got for christmas. We're up to season 8, but we started with season 4. :)

Wow! That actually sounds nice.
Ugh. I don't think I should have finished that burrito. I feel icky now. Apparently, Chipotle's felt like making the spice on their black beans so overpowering that I could not actually taste my burrito for most of it. :/

I hope I don't have to work tomorrow. I'm planning to make cookies, ice cream and a pecan pie. :)

I...I kind of hate you right now. I love cookies and ice cream!

Hey gorgeous girl! How is school going for you?

It was pretty awesome today! I actually met some people who weren't fresh out of highschool, so it made me feel a little more at ease. I mean nothing against them but it's a whole different world and when you're fresh out of highschool you have a different head on your shoulders. I sat and socialized a bit after class, getting to know some of the people, which was pretty cool. College life just has such a different air about it. It's awesome.

All my classes dove right into homework. Not really surprised, but I'm keeping up nicely. Fingers crossed I can get my English books so I can have my assignment done tomorrow night!

Yah I know. It's SO much easier meeting people in school, since there's so many new faces you bump into. Work you tend to get into a certain routine, but even worse (well for socializing) is the fact I work from home and I don't really see anyone so I don't get that oppertunity. Speaking of work, I still plan on booking the weekends off from school and stepkids to doing full days, and if I can pick up the extra hour here and there I will go for it, but I'm not going to bust my ass trying to work even close to full time and try to go to school...I have a safety net right now, and as long as I stay with good standing with work, I would think I'd be OK and if the unemployment were to run out, I'm hoping that the little scraps I get from working weird ass hours will help cover some of our costs. :>

I'm sure you'll be able to make it through. And I definitely think that is a good plan, because working full time *and* going to school *and* running a house is a good way to burn out fast.

Yah I was trying to explain that worry of burning out to hubby when he was trying to stress how important I work and I'm like yah I know to technically keep on the radar with my job, in case something does happen I have a possible fall back.

If everything is going well, and work were to try to offer me a full time job I would have to decline it though as I really have wanted to go back to school and finish up that aspect of my life.

For what it's worth, I think you're doing the right thing, hon. I think you'll be glad you went for it. :)

Well it's bed time for me! I'll try to spend a little time online in the morning, doing my ritual coffee and my facebook/mene check.
