I'm having random pains, but the weight hasn't been a problem. My own weight hasn't increased. Unless this baby ends up being a small elephant, it's doubtful I'll get up to my pre-pregnancy weight before birth. :boogie:

My only complaint is that she's trying to push through my hip or pelvis. She doesn't know what she's doing. D: Most often she's in her usual curled up spot near my bellybutton area.

Well Aaron got the snip today...no kids in these books now. Well other than the ones we got. We sat and discussed it and I don't want any unless the conditions are perfect. We are struggling financially, and would continue to struggle with another mouth to feed.

Perhaps adoption will become an option if we ever do get the ability to support another person. We'll see.

My husband is afraid to get anything done, cuz it's riskier for him so if we were ever put in your situation, he'd want me to get something done about it.

I have two step kids, who weren't at all planned. He loves them to death but says he isn't into kids and doesn't want more.

I'd like to have a kid or kids some day. It's something I want to experience before I die.

Yah I would like to too, but not if he isn't wholeheartedly in the same boat. I also find myself enjoying my independence way too much to really enjoy being attached by the hip. I mean part of me is sad, don't get me wrong...but I guess it's a relief to know it won't happen accidentally.

Well, the way I see it is...it's a win-lose situation no matter what. It's one of those things you talk about before you get married.

My hubby told me he wanted a kid and later changed his mind. But he's willing to let me have one to make me happy.

Not being married and not having kids is unheard of in my family. So there's a lot of pressure there.

^_^;; My grandma even offered to babysit for me if I did have a kid. <3

Whereas my family's initial reaction was "..." Mostly due to poor genetics in the family, I reckon. But, she's coming anyway, and whatever will be will be. At least people are excited now. e_e Made for a slightly lonely ride for the beginning.

Awww really Chi? That's sad. :( I figure that our hypothetical child would of got some shitty genes too...Depression runs rampant on both sides of the family... :/

I've been kinda bummed out today, and last night. We talked it out really thoroughly last night, and many conversations the days leading up to. I don't want a kid now, in these circumstances. I don't think I'd want my own flesh and blood that much...it's just my curiosity as to what it's like to see a kid you've created and just watching it grow from conception that I'll never get. Well not with Aaron's help, anyway.

I was thinking maybe you guys should have frozen some of his sperm in case you guys change your mind later.

But if not having a biological child bothers you a lot later, you always have the choice to leave and fulfill have your needs met elsewhere.

I couldn't do that Ful...I love him too much. I finally found someone who really connects with me. Plus his kids love me too, and I've grown quite fond of them.

I think the decision is for the best...just I'm having a little sadness. I guess it's just dealing with the finality of it all that has me bummed. If we could of dealt with the problem a little better in another fashion we would of. The pill is great and all for that and other things, but it kills any desire for me down to a dull roar. We tried other methods too and well I guess playing that waiting game every month was mentally starting to wear him down. I got stressed with worry too. Now there won't be anymore worry...

I'm back. Had to run a couple errands. I have some school work to do this afternoon, and trying to get caught up on laundry.

I should finish up my discussion board responses today. Either today or tonight, since we're going out of town tomorrow. We've been waiting to hear back from the insurance company to make sure they'd actually cover the car repairs from when I hit a deer. (Meaning we'd not go out of town if we'd have to pay more than the $150 deductible, as it's not affordable right now.)

Laundry I'm not too far behind on for once, but I should do a load or two before it gets bad again.

The phrase 'cold day in hell' leaps instantly to mind.
