One-handed typing FTW! She's having lunch right now. Today, so far, has been much better so maybe yesterday was just a fluke. Maybe a tummy ache or just needing extra attention. She doesn't seem sick. :3

My godson had the same problem when he was born. Figured it was the change from breastmilk to powder. Apparently it can upset their tummy?

Roachi, it could be. I'm also wondering if it's something I've eaten that she's disagreeing with. She was perfect this morning and had a big nap, and then I ate more of the chicken soup I made last night and she went right back into it. She's not napped since and it's been over six hours. We know she's gotten enough to eat because she's not taking as much of the supplement. We wondered if maybe I still wasn't producing enough, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

If she's like this tomorrow, it's probably not something I'm eating. Maybe she's just getting adjusted. 9_9 She's not feverish or anything, nor is her tummy swollen from gas. All she wants to do is nurse. She's given up her pacifier when she had been taking both. It's definitely an "I want boobie plzkthx" thing going on.

Unfortunately for me, it leaves me with no time for anything. I think my husband just got her to settle (I think), since she's snoring. She's due for a power nap, so hopefully I can go get some homework done!

Hmm so many possibilities. I hope she comes right though :)
Haha yeah like my godson, i had him the other night ... And he refused to take his bottle, for 6 hours he cryed/screamed on and off, and just wouldn't take from the bottle. I was tempted to take him to A&E coz i thought something was wrong with him. Told my cousin i wasn't having him again until she had weened him off breast milk. Man that was like the worst night of my life lol. But i guess they really know the difference and play up like all mighty when it's not what they want lol.

Indeed they do. @[email protected]; And they don't stop until you give them what they want, from the sounds of it. This one has different cries depending on what's wrong. When she's angry she outright yells. Food (or lack thereof) makes her angry, heheh...

Seems so, yep! And thank you. We weighed her today and she's managed to maintain her weight, though she needs to gain soon. I'm trying not to get discouraged (again) as it means her need for more milk is surpassing how quickly I'm producing. Hopefully soon the emotional roller coaster goes away.

Ewww that sounds sucky. I don't think I'd deal with that too well. I mean I would have to learn to deal with it, but at the same time it's kinda ritualistic that I follow him in, we talk and cuddle till he falls asleep. Then if I have the next day off sometimes I'll wander back out for a little bit. I'm more of a night person than morning...Makes morning biology classes just that much more fun. T_T

You're either going to be really happy or really sad when she gets old enough to walk and crawl into things. I was happy... sure he got into more trouble, but I raise a cheer every time he takes a step towards independence. It makes me a happy mommy.

I'm still adjusting. It's been up and down with the breastfeeding with everyone having a different opinion as for what we should do. We're trying some new stuff this weekend to see if it helps. That, and we ordered our own baby scale because she's weighed differently all around. :s

So. Gonna weigh her before and after feedings once it comes on Tuesday, to get a good idea of how much I'm actually producing/giving her per feeding. Then I'll just keep chugging and supplementing when she needs it.
