You have to restart your computer and before the screens come up push one of the f# buttons. lol. I don't know exactly how; I'd recommend calling the place where you got your computer from [like we called dell] and they'll walk you through it step by step.

Before I do that I shall try searching some more on the internet because last time I called the computer people, they put me on hold for 9302434 hours. D:

The reason I couldn`t reformat after trying for like 3O90453 hours was simply because it did not like spaces in the name of the C disk. 8'D;;;
I just had rename my hard disk C to harddiskC.
