The first pic:
I didn't see much cause it's so bleary. >.< But I think the mini golden haired girl is cute. <3

What you did do are:
you need to shade more. It's good to have contrast in coloring and with color pencils try to color your drawings in solid color. It makes them really pretty.

What can I say about the mouse... well at least it's not that bad for one done in computer with a mouse and maybe paint?
But it's really not that good. There is not much shape if it's a mouse. Maybe try to look at pictures of mouses? It will help with the anatomy. Cause the one you are doing right now. If not for what you wrote, I wouldn't have know what it was.

its cute^^ with a little work I could see you becoming really good at drawing manga and anime! I really like the kitty thing in the fist picture.

Paint shop leaves a lot to be desired.

They all look the same.

You could do a lot better, maybe get photoshop and take a lot more time on your art.
