The judge won't sign the parenting plan and if the parents take to long at doing what they are supposed to do...

The judge can withhold the kids from both parents if he decides to...

Like I said here, you don't have a choice... There has to be a parenting plan somewhere and like I said here, they won't sign off if the parents haven't done what they are supposed to do...

The judge is the boss, if they mess with him, he will take away their rights and give them to someone that can take care of the kids properly...

I know that you are already busy and you have a life...

BUT, if you can squeeze the time into your schedule, go down to child services and sign up and take their foster parenting classes...

That way if something ever does come up... You already have a history of having your act together enough to take on the two kids...

@Fizi - That's true. I hope she doesn't give in and take off. Plus that would be kinda sad leaving you and the kids there ... I hope she's not that selfish.

Aww, hehe, actually I was going to apologize for having disappeared on all of you this morning. I literally fell asleep here at my keyboard, so when I woke up, I kicked my daughter out of my bed and crawled into it. I am going to bed early tonight as I have to go to town tomorrow morning, so I told my daughter she can't sleep in my bed tonight, hehe.

I saw the pictures you posted, Katty! Indy was quite the lovely dog! Now that I've seen yours and Cliff's pictures, I can picture the two of you together in my mind. :)

My daughter actually surprised me tonight. She made a really good dinner of pork chops, mashed potato's and gravy, and green beans. It was delicious! Then afterwards, she did the dishes! Wow, did she ever surprise me, hehe. Let's see if this is just a fluke or if it's the start to a new beginning for her. ;)

Well, I'm getting the rest of my May sets tomorrow, so anyone who has a set reserved will be able to pick them up tomorrow. :)

Well I have 2 extras from the 11th because a person didn't come back in 24 hours so now I haven't found another buyer yet...

This person offered me a pretty darned good deal on some items and she started the trade though she did know I had to sell these first....

Yes if I lay down for much more than 4 hours a time when I do get up my back hurts so bad all I want to do is lay down...

Fizi and Tiger have been my friends for well over a year each and I don't think of them as on-line friends I think of them as RL friends...

Pa-pancake is a new friend but I think that we are going to become really great friends as time goes on...

I am a people person... I love people... Sometimes it is hard but I try to see some good in everyone...

I had a horrible tragedy last Friday and Fizi, Tiger, Pa-pancake, and Jennifer finally got me through it the other night...

I was devastated and they were very gentle and kind. They let me talk about it as much as I needed to and they distracted me as best the could the rest of the time...
