I am neutral on Gaia. I like the items. They're cute, but hard to obtain.

I stay on Gaia mostly to keep in touch with friends I have made on there. And that is really it.

@ Betty - I like the items, hate the forums. But since I'm usually on the forums anyways, that's what matters most ot me.

It was hard trying to find people who would do part time work and be responsible. Since a full crew is four people, we would hire one and find they weren't working out, then find another one or two, and they wouldn't work out either, and so on for a year and a half.

@ Betty - xD Yeah, but I'm just asking questions because it seems unfair that one screw up in the crew gets them all in trouble.

Oh, no. If one was good, you would keep them. However, we had a very hard time finding people. It seemed like when we found two at a time they both would not work out.

@ Angel - Ah, okay. Then what happened? Did that one person work in a different crew of five or something?

Oh, no. We needed four people to work at the store in my mall. We just could not find anyone at all for the longest time.

We found a guy who works at a newspaper during the day. He is working out he needs extra money to send his daughter to college, so he come in at night a few days a week or on weekends. WE are still testing a guy who is in college himself.
