It seemed like a few seconds to Vincent but it was actually more like a minute. The werewolf seemed to howl in pain and then fell limp against a tree. Vincent looked menacing now as if he could kill anything that bothered him. A wild grin was across his face as he stared at the creature.

She threw a smaller rock at Vincent and hit his foot. "CALM DOWN!" She screamed, making her way closer to him "It has probably been provoked by something..." She said quietly, looking at the beast "That's why I didn't kill it..."

Vincet felt something hit him and he turned to look at her. There was a gleam in his eyes now, the same gleam that was brought on from battle and how he was trained to forget everything else even though it was his instinct to do that. His lips curled into a grin as he looked at her.

She took a calm step forward, smiling happily, but there was something hiding in her smile. There was an urge to fight in her smirk that showed her pearly white fangs. "Vincent..." She sang his name. "I'm over here," She said, waving to him a few steps from where she was before. "And look what I have for you." She let her words slip out of her smirk in a beautiful but deadly song, pulling out her silver necklace and dangling it in front of herself. She had that same friendly smile as she proceeded to walk closer and closer to him, remembering everything she had been taught about combat with one of your own kind.

Vincent turned from her and ran. It was towards the mountains this time and he seemed to be in a frenzy. He hadn't been like this in such a long time that he was having trouble controlling himself.

At first she was confused by his actions, then she got angry and chased after him "VINCENT WHAT THE H**L DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?!" She screamed in a more normal voice, coming back to her normal, lolly shota state of mind.

Snarling good be heard again and Vincent stopped. He looked wary now as his eyes searched the darkness. His grin had been replaced with a stern expression and he was still, and focused.

She looked around and growled back, picking up another big rock and getting ready to throw it at anything anytime.

Vincent was frozen to the spot again listening for the sound. There was silence now and it seemed to bother him. The color of his eyes were fading to a dim gray as his muscles began to relax.

{Sorry I wasn't on all weekend, I had my birthday party on friday-saturday then my friend's mom's surprise party on saturday night teehee} She didn't let go of the rock and she was still alert, but not quite as much. "We should go..." She said quietly, turning back towards the path.

Vincent nodded slightly, a bit shaken by what had just occurred. He looked frightened as he walked towards her. "I'm sorry," he said sheepishly. "Training kicked in again."

{Thank you! :D} She smiled and nodded "Yeah, I know how it is." She said quietly, still looking around.

"Werewolves make me sick," he spat out then. "Can't believe they dare to even try to attack me." There was menace in his voice again and his eyes shifted slightly. A low rumbling, almost like a growl, came from his chest.

She looked back, a little fearful, with wide eyes at him "They make all of us sick, they are our natural enemies," She said in a quieter voice, giving away she was scared he might loose his temper again.

Vincent sensed she was afraid he would lose his temper and he shook his head to ward off what he was thinking. "I have to get in the house," he said shortly. "The smell is getting to me." He still looked tense, as though he were holding something back.

She nodded and quickened her pace. They made it there very son and she opened the door for him.

When he got back into the house he felt slightly weaked from his outburst. HE sank into the couh looking bewildered. He could no longer smell the werewolf and he looked like he was a lot more calm but also exhausted.

She slammed the door behind herself and walked over to him. She sat down next to him and noticed she was still holding the stone. She set it down with a grin, then turned back to him. "Anything I can get you? You look awful tired..." She asked, more happ now that they were inside.

"Just sit with me," Vincent pleaded. He motioned to the empty space to the right of him and then looked at it and then back to her. "Please. I need to stay calm."

She smiled a little and sat down next to him "Ok," She said "I will stay."

"Thank you," he said gently. He seemed to be pretty calmed down already but he also seemed tense. "i just... it's just that... I don't know what I do when I'm angry. Did I hurt you? If I did I'm sorry, I deserve to be punished."

She smiled "Always," Then shook her head "No, you didn't hurt me at all." She said with a smile.

He looked relived for the most part. "That's good, he said. "Did I scare you at all?" He didn't sound very worried about that subject since he knew she was tough.

She tilted her head a little, thinking, then shook her hand and said "More or less," She said in a cheery voice, "but don't we all need a little scare now and then?" She added with a laugh.

He looked only slightly relieved. He didn't move much now. "When will Benjamin get home?" he asked. "I need to get away from this place.
