You could also have "freebie" pinatas as well as more "deluxe" pay pinatas. ;3 I think that'd be fair to sticky. ;D

how about order a pinata for free, and inside could be a prize which could be a certain item or amount of gold XD

the thing is, all i can offer is art and some gold. but unfortunately, i need some items -only has 1 to give away- XD
or we could go with the "freebie pinatas" with art/gold in it and "deluxe pinatas" for gold and inside could be art/gold/item

How long before we have to be prepared for the event? I have been dead the last few days.

Those who are hosting Events should have their threads finished ASAP. Today is technically the "due date" but since we have 8 days before the Event forum is opened, we can allow for extra time. Just don't abuse it because things get forgotten or lost that way.

I'm assuming the event forum will go up 12pm EST, but it may be slightly earlier or later. XD

Candiie - Make two or three different types of freebies. You can just put the "owner's" name on each individual one. :3

Then maybe two or three different types of pay-pinatas. XD

As for how many you should give out... Make it unlimited, but the pay-pinatas may not give out as much gold as they cost.

Ex: You sell a pay-pinata for 100 gold each. 5 people buy them = 500 gold.

Roll a die for each person involved. 1 & 2 = gold prize, 3 & 4 = art prize, 5 & 6 = item prize.

Then you can split the gold you earned from the purchases amongst those who rolled for a gold prize, I'll help you get at least some sort of item for each of those who won an item prize (even if it's just a regular common), and as for art prize - it's up to you if you want to offer a commission of some type or just want to give them a cute graphic to put in their signature. XD

To continue the example of the 5 people paid for a pinata, we can say that when you rolled the die, person A, B & C won the gold prize, so 500/3= 166.6 gold each. Then buyer C won an item (the yumeh ears) and D won the art.

Is this making any sense? XD; Also, you don't have to do it this way, this is just the way I came up with. You can modify it however you think best. XD

I have an extra that I will gladly donate if we're having a prize pool with the pinata idea (I think that's an awesome idea!) or something. I will also donate a bit of gold if you want. ;D
