This information is very useful, and well laid out.
I'm not into the whole online dating scene, though.
It's missing the physical and close emotional aspects of dating. What about going to the movies, to dinner, hearing each others' voices, etc...

The hearing each others' voices bit... MAN it kills me to not be able to not be able to hear my boyfriend's voice. (I mentioned in an above post he goes to another city for uni, but he used to live here & still visits every few weeks.) I mean, there's the phone I suppose, but it's just not the same.

There's nothing like holding hands with someone when you're walking down the street together, or waking up next to them, or... so many close physical things that seem small but have an amazing emotional impact that you don't get online.

I kind of don't agree with it and would never do it myself but I wouldn't tell anyone not to.
