In cosplaying, there is always room to improve.

Actually the cosplay was pretty good compared to the people in my location.

Considering my progress for the school work, I doubt I'll be fit enough to go. So I said I wouldn't be going but if I can, of course I will.

We had this crazy plan of going as the cast from SZS.

I was supposed to be the girl with a split personality and who is also the resident panchira/fan service girl. xD;

But... : /

I didn't bother preparing when I realized I wouldn't be done. It would just break my heart knowing I put too much effort only to end up not being able to do it. T_T

I wish I could go the the screens in AnimeVegas, but I have work or military on Saturdays. D;

I don't like our local cosplay scene. It's too...showbizzy.

Ah, that gives time to make some costumes.

They want to be famous is to be remembered by. It is how some people want to be saying that they started it, blah blah blah deal.

I guess that is how it works if people view it by that way.

And so far, we only have two annual conventions.

Frankly, they're not even worth calling conventions just yet!

One is total crap.

The other has potential really!

A convention in the beginning starts out crappy.

But, they learn from their mistakes and see what they can improve on.

I have been staff for a small convention of ours, though we are in plans of another one this year.

I wish you guys good luck on getting a convention working.

There are people that take cosplaying a bit serious and not just for the fun of it.

One's been around for like... YEARS. And I mean more than five years already. Still crappy.

As for the other one, 2nd year and it's crappy but has potential.

They have been going downhill, but there are things that attract me back to the site.

I'm rather happy with Mene for now and likely for a while longer. The fact that they recirculate "dead" account stuff really makes me happy. It helps keep inflation to a minimum. And is something I always thought would be best for Gaia to have done too.

So how are you enjoying the event?

I like it here on Menewsha because of the original idea of theirs. Inflation does stay on its good side and that is how the quester's go after the items they want to obtain.

I have not been really active at the event at all.

Just been collecting carrots and not post maybe less than 20 posts. I was busy at the Gaia event so much. I have never been in so much attended on a Gaia event. Darn eggs of theirs. DX

I haven't even glanced at the Gaia event. I logged on to see if I had messages yesterday. Not a one. XD

As for the event here... i've gotten one set completed and am in need of about 25 carrots to finish a second set. Bleh.

It was hard and they finished the event on Wednesday. There were eggs to collect and the last item was these slippers, which you needed about 500 eggs for it. DX

But, at least I got two sets of it.

Here, I actually have not been active and yet I got 3 1/2 sets. :O

You suck!! I still need 15 carrots to get a second set here. XD
But then, the carrot patch has pretty much been a jerk to me and giving me 1 carrot each time. I think of the fifty or so times i've clicked on him, he gave me 2 three times and 3 two times. X3

That and i've not been posting much, since most of my free time has been spent on my art. ^^;
