One day when I was dressing my avi I looked closely at the ghost kitties we have. And I thought It would be fun to make them ^_^ I'm also working on making a friend's avi out of clay. ((Shshs they don't know about that))

What kind of clay do you use?

@Cherry- Clay is very forgiving. If you make a booboo there is always away to fix it ^_^ Working with glass on the other hand >.> Is very unforgiving

@LoneHana- ^_^ Really? I wanna see!! I luff charms. I use ployclay I think it what it was called. It's all the same stuff... Make it bake it in the oven for 15mins or whatever pop it out and paint it ^^ OMG! Yes, the bootyheart! The booty needs luffin too

I use sculpey~ *looks at hand* I got biig burn marks on my hand the last time I baked something. Quite stupid actually, but it's almost healed.

Also do you cook your sculepy on glass? If you do you wont get the brown spot on the bottom where your clay touches the sheet or whatever you cook in. ^_^

I'm sure we have a pair somewhere but I can't be bothered... I was checking to see how hard the clay had gotten then I gently taped the tray which was burning hot and my hand twitched up hitting the oven tray thingy with all the bars (the part where you put the tray on)

Nup~ I cook them on normal baking paper~ It doesn't really make the brown spot at the bottom (unless I burn the clay) I think it's the clay~ It's pretty good quality.

Thank you~ I've actually been testing it out. The hoop keeps coming out. I need a strong glue.

I think the clay changes size a little when its being cooked. So you'll always need glue.

Er... mistakes aren't forever on clay unless you bisque fire them and realize that you screwed up. Oh and also, dun wait until it completely dries to try and fix something, if you do, it's permanent.

Lilim- Cute little kitty ghost you have there. It kinda reminds me of the clay sculpture thing I made of my little Pachuu creature. XD; He's made from clay and painted with glaze. Did you glaze that completely with white and put red for the face?

I use acrylic paint... And I'm still looking for my high gloss right now >_< Might just have to use laker

The cheeks are more pinkish in person the pics are just so fuzzy

I use this gloss called sculpey glaze. Don't use it. It turns goes weird if you use it over anything with the slightest bit of red paint.
I've read that floor varnish works well but I've never tried it mysef. Much cheaper than my stinkin' glaze and doesn't react with red -or so I've read.
