Pfft. I think a more important question that needs to be asked is "Is your room clean?"
My room is not even close to being clean, so that'd make it seem like my computer is a mess too right?
Well surprisingly it's not. It's not messy or all that clean. It's inbetween. When I'm bored I tend to clean it out from time to time. Delete some useless things and what not. I was so surprised on about cleaning out my pictures! I do have folders for them but I have a ton of pictures in each folder. It's crazy. They were 500+. At first I was thinking "WTF am I keeping all of this?!", well then I figured out that it's mostly because I enjoy photography. xD
But it's cleaner than it was before. :]

It's clean..Maybe the computer itself and the moniter need dusting. Last time I dusted it I got sick... So I've been puttting it off.

I used to be kinda OCD about my old comp when I was sharing too, things were so categorised I had folders within folders within folders! But now I have...well lots of folders, and they could do with a purge. But it's still somewhat organised.

Wow. Before, my comp would take atleast 4-10 seconds to open up a Firefox. Now it opens INSTANTLY when I click it~! Awesomeee~

And I STILL have more shit to get rid of. Actually, I believe I got rid of anywhere from 300-500 things/files from my compy. :O <3

My sister's computer is fairly clean...I think. :)

If I ever kept files I'd probably be OCD XD
My laptop is slower than molasses without any thing on it so adding that extra strain isn't wise. I used to keep files but now I just upload every thing to my online file dump or put it on disk.

I usually just have a few personal folders on the computer besides all the application folders and everything. Plus several folders hidden within the deep bowels of my computer. >.>;
But in my personal folders I usually sort things a little bit, though not to the extent of your friend's...o.o

My computers clean-ish only because I share it. My sister will come out and clean my cookies and organize my pictures.
It's somewhat fast, somewhat slow because of this. I jsut found out I have word documents from like three years ago left in it, though o.0;

• I like to think that my computer is well organized, though Windows Vista is the only thing that makes it really laggy, other than the tons of add-ons I put on FireFox, haha.
  
  Talk about OCD? I'm obsessed with the Rickenbacker manufacturer of guitars and bass guitars, so I've saved TONS of pictures of all the different guitars and basses to my pictures folder.
  The organized them by their name in separate folders (Still working on moving a few of them oddities though.)
  So far, it's pretty decent, though some of them are 1 file to a folder, it's easy to find now in case I want to stare and dream of owning one of my own, or use them as reference in art.
  
  But all in all, I keep my computer pretty clean, save any music to disc (Assuming I have some discs laying around to save to.) and organize everything by folders.

I have to go through my computer again, I go on and off on cleaning, last big clean was mostly restarting my music collection and going back to clean up my images again. Currently having issues getting rid of my last Sims(first series)off the computer. Overall my computer is a big mess but I at least attempt to work on it...^^;

My laptop is very organized. I usually check my folders weekly just to throw out files I don't use. I like things to be neat and orderly, this includes my files and folders. XD

i need to get a registry cleaner.
since i delete a lot of shortcuts.

i keep it clean mostly by erasing internet stuff...
need to work on the installed stuff.

Wow I forgot about my making of this thread! Anyways, I have an update to post about. xD

My computer doesn't need another cleaning, but I cleaned it up so much that is was uber fast for a while, there. Now it's getting a bit slower. My received files is getting big and I organized my icons by color. (I change my MSN one a lot so it makes it easier to find the one I want. That's the only thing that's organized, for convenience. I don't have OCD!)

Also, I have some programs that I could definitely get rid of now. xD
