Welcome to the Vampire’s Anonymous Hangout thread!
Thank you all for coming, vampires and humans alike. We should have some good times, and some even better feasts. Ha ha ha

This thread is a place where I, Count Rando, can hangout and talk with my fellow Menewshans. For some this may be an oasis away from the horrors of mortal life, and for others this may just be a place to get your fill. (Get it? He he he)

But first of all, lets lay some ground rules:

-Follow the ToS
-Humans are food, not friends.
-Enjoy yourself
-I am a pure-blood. Feel free to be Nobles, or any other class of vampires, except pure bloods.
-Read Hino Masturi’s Vampire Knight
-Don’t do stupid things in here (Like staking vampires)

The topic of this thread is pretty obvious. Vampires. Act like vampires, adore vampires, drink blood, but do not stake vampires. I won’t allow it.

I want to make this thread fun, so I'm going to have fun things to do.

First of all I'm going to offer free art. I'll start off with 20 pages. The first poster on every 20th post gets some free vampire art!

Greetings, Count Rando.

I do believe this has now become my new home thread. Do you have any refreshments available?

Of course I have refreshments!

I have cups of blood, blood lollipops, blood crumpets with some blood infused butter!

Delicious when warmed up a bit.

And welcome both of you!

How absolutely marvelous. Thank you both for the generous offer.

[grabs a glass of blood and sips it] Mmm, still warm.

And how is everyone today?

Wynna - Glad to hear it. I'm quite well myself, if not a bit tired. Sunlight tends to do that to me. I'm currently enjoying a brief half an hour for 'lunch' at work. My coworkers are very amiable.

Sadly I must return to the job in only seven minutes.

Hello, hello. I'm pleased to see such an open population of vampires here. Where I live, most are so quiet about it. Which makes me uneasy, as a weaker specimen of the species.

Good Afternoon, all!

I sometimes wonder if it wouldn't be better to live the life outside the human standards and just take what I want.

Cursed money. The job I'm currently at was supposed to last for two more months, but they have informed us our last day is this Friday. The holidays are bad enough, what with humans going crazy during this time of year, but now I shall be unemployed.

[sighs] Woe is the vampire without a job.

Better than being the closing clerk at a grocery store's service desk, trust me on that. We are hiring, if that sounds like your cup of...tea.

Hey You (Do you mind if I call you that?) - Not really. As much as I hate working in the fast food environment, I would do it if it meant a steady paycheck.

I'm waiting to hear back from the staffing company I work for about a potential 6-month part-time job at Boeing. Even at part time, it would be enough to cover my bills.

I need to get a job. >.<
And I'm really hesitating on it. But I need one especially when I move to England next year for 6 months. I wouldn't be able to be stranded there without any money.

I was planning on going out today and getting a job because today is my day off, but I had to be home to babysit my brother when he came home from school for lunch. Not fair at all, especially right after I got the motivation to get up off my bed and go find one.

I even was going to go with a friend.

Now I just need to wait for my bankcard. The stupid bank said it would take about 10 days. It's been 14 already. And I'm getting upset because I have been pushing buying everything off until I get it, so I don't have to borrow money from my parents. And it's taking forever. I need to buy presents and a haircut and I need more money for my cell. >.<

Damn people.

Flink has the money for buying presents. In fact her family is taking advantage of that by trying to get her to buy their presents for them.

Like she recently purchased a trampoline for her her nephew because her mom couldn't afford it. Then again, she doesn't mind buying them for her mom because she owes her so much for putting up with her for so long and she knows she'll pay her back. XD

But she has put off job hunting until the end of the holiday season since most places seem uninterested in hiring her. Including places Flink knows she'd hate working. Like grocery stores. First sign of someone complaining about how they can't find stuff and think the store should be arranged to their specifications, Flink would be on the news for jumping a person and whacking them with whatever was handy. XD

Flink had to wait on a debit card from her bank. It took them forever. Then, they froze it because they got word that her information was stolen. They didn't even CALL Flink. So she went to pay for something with her card and she was denied. She was so embarrassed. People probably thought it was a credit card and she was some idiot who couldn't handle her own money. So she had to call a friend to come pay for it, since the place didn't take checks and she doesn't keep cash around (people steal it).

How nice of you!
I don't buy presents. This year I might since I actually have the money to buy presents, but I should be saving. xD

As for a job, I hate working in supermarkets as well. That's my last choice. I hate dealing with people so like you, I'd probably be on the news for stabbing some rude customer with a bag of rice. T_T
And then I would have to pay a fine and I would be even more poor than what I was before I got a job. I want to work in a clothes store or something, I think that would be good. I don't mind folding clothes and it's better than a supermarket.

But what were you trying to buy? If it wasn't anything necessary I would have just left. xD
Which reminds me. There was this one time I went to the video store to rent videos. And I was renting R movies, and I had to be 16. Well the lady didn't believe I was 16 and she wanted to see an ID. I just left.

I didn't say anything to her, didn't put the videos back. I just left. She stood there looking dumbfounded. xP

Gas. Flink had already pumped. They were going to call the cops if she couldn't get anyone to come pay for it, too.

But Flink's bank is good at not telling people things. Like, right before Flink lost her job (because they couldn't afford to pay her), her check bounced. Well, Flink didn't know until her boss TOLD HER and the bank made Flink pay for the check and was going to keep trying to redeposit it each time and taking money out of Flink's account to pay for the bounced check fee until it no longer bounced.

Wow. O.o

You bank really sucks.
As for the gas, they sound mean. It could happen to anyone, why would you call the cops?

And a bounced check is like $30 right?
Which would really suck if you had no money and they just made you go farther in debt. :x

Actually, Flink complained to the bank that it was not her checks bouncing. So the fee was less than $30 each time.

And the place said they would call the cops because if Flink couldn't pay and no one came to pay for her, it would be like she was stealing from them. So they would call the cops. x.x

I actually consider working at a fast food restaurant worse than any supermarket. But seeing as how I've never worked at one, I couldn't say. (Though I HAVE worked in fast food before.)

My ideal job is the one that I'm working now, and is ending. I love doing data entry and clerical 'stuff'. Sitting in front of a computer all day just appeals to me. XD I want a desk job!

I've got two more checks coming in the mail so I'm hoping to make them last until I find my next job. The only presents I'll be buying will probably be for my two twin cousins and my other baby cousin on the other side of the family. The adults will just have to do without. (Which I don't think they would mind.)

Heiyuu - I think I shall stick with your first name then. I didn't realize how offensive 'Hey You' sounded until I'd just reread it. So please accept my appologies.
