Squirrels~~~~~ That's the other thing I miss a lot. No squirrels here in Hawaii. TT.TT I still really wanna catch one, but I hear they hibernate. Oh~ I HAVE A PLAN. I shall hunt for the hibernating squirrels and steal one away and let it stay in my room. And then when it wakes up, I'll have a nice little squirrel pet! Nywahahahaha~ And I won't have had to chase it all around! ...they're surprisingly fast. Like rabbits. There was a group of three of us that tried to catch a tiny little rabbit and we failed. Utterly.

I ALMOST caught a squirrel once. It was sitting innocently in one of those trash can things, looking for food. And I could've captured it if I only had a book to cover the top! It would've been sooooo perfect. But nooooo. I had to be going to class and the only thing I had was my jump drive. TT.TT Squirrel~

Oh, but there was once when they ate my homework. TT.TT No, seriously. They ATE my homework. It was constructing a site geometry out of natural things. I wanted to use the pretty red berries since they were so nice and bright, but the evil little squirrels kept eating them! We even soaked them in vinegar and they STILL ate them. TT______TT

...but at least we didn't have to clean up our project because of that. xD

Ah yes, squirrels. They're particuarly fearless at U of E. Seriously. You can walk right next to one and they won't bat an eye. However, we believe that they have a conspiracy to run us all off of the campus because they throw nuts at us. No, really. They deliberately throw nuts at us. And then they laugh. I think they think it's great fun to see our reactions. Of course, my COGS teacher would then say that that's impossible because squirrels can't possibly think or plan their reactions. And to him, I give a nice little raspberry for Christmas. Pttttt.

Well there is the squirrel mafia on CU campus. 32 minutes till christmas. I need to take pictures of the LEGO structure mom and i are making. So good news for you two, I got out of my debt problem, well mom bailed me out but still. It was case of twin and I need to hide away from shopping and eating out while at Chicago. Also you should come here!!! There is such pretty weather. Also have you heard of waffle house? Did you get your job back?

I totally believe your theory about the squirrels and them throwing nuts at you and laughing. See, when they ate my project, there was this one incident when I was chasing one away from the line of berries. The squirrel then proceeded to go to the other end of the line, steal a berry, run up an unclimbable tree, and then it chittered madly--it laughed at me too. TT.TT

yeppers, well ok, I like the blue lantern anyway. As for dinner, go eat, be happy. See mom thinks my lack of pitch comes from not singing, but i can hit like 4 notes in voice, that is all, very very little. as for piano or guitar, ti is because cello not transportable. Also here at home I am around so many musically gifted people it is inspiring and amazing, I will tell you more later, but yes very very amazing, like sing and music random made up on spot, it is great!!

Hi Enma, we are all here. Merry Christmas people, I am having fun building LEGO set that we bought a while ago. So I think I'll take a picture or something of it later. Also it snowed on Christmas, unlike Hawaii :) Anyway, very pretty, I have pics, it is that perfect fluffy blanket that people don't see in chicago as much.

Yes, they are outside. You should have seen the kitten when Lauren dumped her in the snow. That was a good laugh. Now she's playing with wrapping paper.

Also, the full moon last night was totally awesome. Totally. We got some prettiful pictures. The clouds are all glowing in a neat pinkish color. Truely awesome.

You should play all three. Because I play the violin and it would probably be an easier one to pick up since you pretty much know the mechanics of it. And then once you learn violin it'd be easier to learn the piano 'cause you'd know hoe to read both clefs. Guitar is more complicated than the stringed instruments we're used to since it's got 8 strings and you're constantly playing chords. Need lots of hand strength for that one.

As for me, I want to re-learn bass clef. A.k.a piano, and cello, and mandolin, and the shamisen would be awesome. *sigh* I miss Tokyo.

Well in my case it would be coordination for the piano that gets really hard, I have no idea what to give you for Christmas Katie!!! Ahck, I have small part, but no idea for the bigger part, um, yeah, any ideas I could draw something or something else, Christmas came up quickly on me this year T_T

I know what ya mean about being surrounded by musically gifted people. I've got 'em here at home, and that's the one part I really do miss in Chicago. But hey, it's a tech school. You can't expect there to be awesome singers spontaneously breaking out into song on the spot everywhere you go. Like two of my friends just randomly started singing A Whole New World right in the middle of Ala Moana. They even sat like they were on a carpet! People stopped and stared. It was awesome. xD

Yes, and as for being part of the orchestra and being friends with everyone there, it is very hard, I now feel more inclined to go to concerts and pick up a second instrument due to lack of hearing stuff randomly live. It was awesome!! I have been to 2 concerts and then eagle's landing party where music is everywhere all the time. I miss it!!

Music is all very nice. However, hanging out with music majors is ultimately confusing. All they do is talk about chord progressions and rythyms and theory and...and...you get the idea. When they start talking about that sort of stuff I kind of just stand there with a lovely blank look on my face. It's way over my head.

Anyway, since we're on the topic of creatvitiy, you all should check out my story I'm starting to post in the lit forum. It's called Days Gone By. I'm not sure if I really like the opening very much. There's not much "pow." *sigh* *is profectionist*

Well, for fun presents, I stuck them in my earlier post. I STILL ADORE MY TOTORO JACKET. x3 ...but my mommy wouldn't let me wear it to the christmas party. TT.TT She said it was too casual. (And it probably was, but I still love it so~ xD)

Oh~ And I got my other friend--the one who's also on mene and works at Toys n' Joys--an AWESOME christmas present. ^^ I abducted her and took her to get her ears pierced. x3 She was SUPPOSED to do it LAST YEAR, but then she didn't. And then she said she would do it BEFORE I came home, but she didn't. And I was at a loss as to what to get her for christmas. And then when I went to bed on christmas eve eve, I came up with the BRILLIANT IDEA. So I then carried out my BRILLIANT PLAN and abducted her on Christmas Eve and took her to Claire's. xD Wahahahahaha.

It was a joke to hide the gift card underneath. Yeah six flags is cheaper, is that when they are doing that, even better I guess for me. Either way, I plan to not spend money for a bit again, like last semester, actually that went really well. Oh well, I will drag you here one year, it is a goal.

I can identify with the emotionally unstable drabbling thing. I think that's actually when I do my best pieces. ...it's just that I think I'm almost constantly in that state when I write because it's that feeling that drives me to write.

Yeah, twins to the end. I can understand money not being good. Mom wants to remodel parts of the house by replacing all the doors, so yeah, kind of screwed. Also I need to not spend money so I have more at A-cen. So at the moment satisfied with my happy collection of anime, I just realized I should have somewhere near 400 manga now...i should count.

So, I got Liz's present done I think, or at least some or most, now just to make and buy yours....I am not in an artsy mood though so kind of screwed for that idea at the moment.

...I think they're fixing the layers, so that you can wear the clip and the cat ears. ...I would also suggest getting an extra clip. Clips sell for lots later on if you hang on to them. I'm gonna get at least one extra of each. ...or more of the snow and scarf ones.

I don't wanna go to work~ I miss my geeky friends! There used to be geeks there, but I don't know where they went! ...They all left when I went away for college. TT.TT Waaaaah. And it's sad and lonely there for I have no one to talk to. I mean, the other people don't ice me out, but I don't really want to talk to them. They talk about clubing and stuff, and we really have no interest in such stuff. So yeah.
