ahhh, no idea.. I have an insane psche exam, I am terrible at sutdying terms too. Oh well, last one I get was really really bad. but i hope to do a bit better. andI don't get to see mark much this week, that is going to be harder than normal, he is flying to omaha later in the week so I don't see him I think after tonight.

Aww....poor dwagon. I hope you do well on that I exam. I have a psych research paper due tomorrow....that I'm writing completely today. I also have a presentation tomorrow that I'm a bit nervous for. I'm sure it will go well, though.

I taught again Wednesday. -Re verbs. It went pretty well, which is good because I was nervous about it for a while before hand. The kids actually participated. Especially after I reminded them that my lecturing would go faster if they volunteered. Sometimes bribary works wonders in the classroom.

bribary does work wondering in a classroom, it is a small reward to let them do something, although learning is a reward, most don't view it as such at the time.

Also I hope i did better, i couldn't remember some terms, that didn't help much.

lol. The random caps was funny. Sorry class is so frustrating. The only thing that's frustrating about my classes is that there are so many papers due and I just don't have much time to actually do them! Otherwise, my courses are pretty dandy.

Speaking of classes, I'm taking Studio Art while I'm at Harlaxton next semester! I'll also be taking Univesrity Choir, Englsih Novel, British Studies (which is a six-hour course, so that'll be fun), and College Algebra. There's exactly two months until I'm flying over there! I so excited!

oh hm, interesting, with your classes. And grr, you are leaving so soon!! I wanna come with!! Also I am building a game table, where there is 6 inch pieces put together to make the table, should be fun and different..

Otherwise, I am doing nothing with my life worth while, and yeah, about that, work is work, other than buildings for studio, it isn't all that much fun...

I know. I wish you could come with me too!!! I'm going to have a blog up dedicated to my experiences abroad, so I'll be sure to update at least once a week. With photos, of course.

I went up to Notre Dame this weekend. It was freanking cold!! But I'm sure it wasn't much different over in Chicago. It was the first time that I had to wear my winter coat. Speaking of which, I'm going to try to get a nice peacoat before going to the UK because it would be a bit impracticle to drag my trench coat since it takes up half of one of my duffles. So I have to save up some money for that.

I will have pictures of how the table will turn out, so far it is the nice three squares, I just got ideas of how to make old houses to come out correctly, that was what I went to go see in the suburbs today, and that was the first time I got to do with Mark today. Also dragging trenchcoat, I normally wear it on the plane and use it as a blanket to avoid it taking up space.

I'll try and remember to remember to look at the blog, it will be lonely on mene without you though, since psyrien never shows up since she isn't on staff anymore.

Good luck though, I really miss travelling these days, I get cooped up alot in the school

What's the difference between a pea coat and a trench coat?

Not much to say. I had a dream about brick bonding... again. >_<

A peacoat is shorter (it coems down to about the hips) and a trench coat comes down past that.

I did think about wearing my trench on the plane, but then when I have to come back in late-april/early-may, I would have to pack it because I don't want to wear something that heavy in warm weather. Plus, I'll be towing two suitcases and two carry-ons, so having to tow a long coat as well (because it'd be too warm to wear it) would be a BIG pain. So, I want to get a peacoat, but that requires close to $100.

other than that, work is seeming to go nowhere, but in a large scheme, I am getting somewhere i hope.

I lost my CAD plans and yeah, well about that, I feel not so well cause of no sleep and such. I have one more day of no sleep then I am fine, but I don't want to deal with it all the day before. It is hard though cause basiclly I have my final due wednesday...

Ooo.... Not fun. I've had most of my big projects for this semester already. Half of them were due in the past two weeks. Unfortunately, big projects do not equate no final in the liberal arts world. *sigh*

It's a good thing that there's only a full week of school before Thanksgiving break!

However, this week and next week, and the week after are all going to be pretty darn busy. This week is the International Bazaar, which I'm leading the French booth (much to my displeasure). This involves cooking crepes for 200 people, and decorating our booth on the same night. Not to mention spending 4 hours at the bazaar Friday manning the booth. I also have to film a skit for French this weekend, and then next week I have a lesson plan due Tuesday and right when I get back I have another lesson plan due, a sociology test, and CIEE applications due. Not to mention a couple of major papers, another lesson plan, and a presentation that's worth most of my grade in sociology. And then, we dive head-first into finals week. Yay!:sarcasm:

By the way, Thursday is Di's birthday.

ahh, actually my final was fun, well I have one more, but it is pretty, i made a really nice model.

and wow, that is a huge list of things for next week, I have a week of thanksgiving then last week of classes, then finals week. it will be heavier with the amount of work I have to do on the week after thanksgiving, and mom is going to be here with my family for thanksgiving, so not sure if I will have time to weaken the load for the week after...

Anyway, how did your Thanksgiving go? How was Black Friday shopping?

black Friday shopping was very successful, got a projector, a LEGO rose for Mark for V-day/anniversary/ a TV for my sorority, and a huge LEGO set for me :)

As for thanksgiving, a nice break, but at the same time very stressful duee to my mom being here.... it was also very cold..

so no one is around now, but strafmore!!! stupid stupid work!!!

Sorry. I've been busy with school stuff. And applications for study abroad.

My French final may very well kick my butt. Not only do we have a written test on history and culture, but we also have a nasty oral. We go to his office, he gives us a topic, we half an hour to prepare notes, and then we discuss--one-on-one. And this is with the department chair and a native Frenchman, no less. Uggh!

Other than that, my finals won't be too terrible. But I do have to get A's if I want to finish the semester with a 3.5. If I get a cummulative GPA of 3.5 this year, then I receive $500. And if I keep that GPA the next year, it goes up to $1000, etc. So, yeah, I want to have mostly A's at the end of the semester. Especially since I can't figure out how they're calculating GPA here. I think they're doing something with those + and - but I can't figure out what.
