Oh, and dragon, do you remember the guy from shop I mentioned last year? You probably don't remember, but I saw him swing dancing back then. I pretty much said to myself that I'd love to do that but would probably never dance with him as a partner because he was too good. Guess who randomly showed up and danced with me tonight.

Totally unexpected. But I'm happy that I have another good lead to dance with. ...I kinda want to collect them all and steal them away, so that I can always have good partners. <_<

Swing dancing? I wish I knew how to do that. I used to do a little bit back in, like, elementary school, but, you know, I didn't really call it that or anything. Or have any idea what I was doing. In fact, I got swung through the legs of a friend's middle-school brother at one of our "sock hops." And my Dad, of course. And for some reason, I always think it looks hard, even though people tell all the time that it's really not too bad. Oh well. There's not really a swing dance club anywhere around campus here.

The really cool thing about swing is that you don't have to know more than the basic step. The rest you get led into and just improvise, so it's easy. ...Well, you have to have a good lead, but then it's super fun.

Oh, Dragon! Your line made me chuckle! I would guess that some are mighty tasty. As for picking them, at least you two go to a school where you have plently of fish in the pond! Here at Harlaxton, there's only made 20 guys, and half of them are either taken or gay. And the of the three that I find cute, one has a girlfriend, one smokes (although he dress is rather sexy and he has guitarist hands), and the third is one of those Christians who belives is not kissing until your married. Plus, those last two are obviously not interested. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to wait a bit longer.

This may sound pathetic, but I seriously wouldn't mind going out a few dates right now. I mean, geez. All the guys I've been "involved" with have been sleeze balls (and by guys, I mean one Andrew). At least he wasn't my first kiss. But, being a sophomore in college, I would rather like to have my first kiss relatively soon. Maybe I'll someone this summer. I will have a job and be taking a Japanese class, so....

...I am going to kill Mike. That is possibly the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me. What happened is that I asked Mike if he wanted to come swing dancing with me and some friends. He said he couldn't come but to ask this other dude that's also in the club and gave me his number. I figured that guy was already coming and it didn't matter to me if he came or not, but I decided to just drop a text to be nice. He seemed incredibly confused at first, which confused me and made me feel like I was asking him out when I was only asking him to a club function. So awkward. But we got over it, and he decided to come.

Come find out like an hour ago, Mike gave me the WRONG FREAKING NUMBER. Well, that would explain the awkwardness. ...So I've been texting this dude that I don't even know, and it sounded like I was asking him out, and I am so going to kill Mike, and I'm not even going to bother asking the other tom if he's coming because I just don't want to deal with it anymore. I'm just going to go with my little sister and other people, and if the correct tom comes, then so be it.
