I don't know about you but it's pretty slow around my normal haunts. Trying to find somewhere to hang out, and I'm tempted to start a random thread in GD to get someone to shoot the breeze. Bored, but not tired. :| Not too big of a deal since I've got another day of doing not a whole lot in store...

Not on Mene though, but IRL, since I'm at home right now (I usually live in the school dorms at my college) and therefore have to spend a lot of 'quality time' with my dad, so I'm barely on Mene right now ^^; I'd be on for about ten minutes, then poofing off again, then back, off, back, off...meep. @[email protected];

Usually when the forums are going slow I just busy myself with Word Games, then when that's finished, I open up a page on Spy and then go play some Solitaire or other MS game, while keeping an eye on the Spy for any interesting topic that might come up XD

Might have to try making somemore doodles or something. Sucks since I'm in a really chatty mood.

Hope you enjoy your time visiting your folks though. =3 (I know I try to since like you I don't see them too often these days...even though they're only a couple hours drive away...)

When I'm in a really chatty mood but can't find anyon to talk to, I'd usually open up a PC game and start talking to the NPCs inside, even if they can't talk back xD;; Or try my luck on MSN >_>

Thanks ^_^ Yeah, it's not often I see them these days, I'm only back this time too because I needed to get some stuff for a class report next week. Otherwise I rarely come back home because it's a three-hour bus drive and it's really uncomfortable on the bus D: But it's always great to be back home. I totally understand the phrases 'Home Sweet Home' and 'There's no place like home.' now. <3

Sometimes it takes going without to make you realize what you got. Totally understand, yo. *hugs her washer and dryer* (-has gone couple years without one- :gonk:)

Haha, I hate not having a washer or dryer of my own! XD I could do without the dryer, but without the washer I'm doomed. I suck at washing my own clothes, nearly killed my back a couple of years ago when washing two pairs of socks >_>
Right now we have a washer in the dorms, but you never know what had been in it before you dumped your clothes inside...my friends are paranoid that it's dirty and I sometimes find random stuff still lying inside it o_O Like coins, buttons, socks, unidentifiable white powder...>.>;

:lol: Yah I know what it's like using public washers/dryers. Luckily the dryers get super hot in laundry mats to kill any kinda germs, but if some jerk accident leaves like their fake nail or a pen or something in there it could potentially ruin all your clothes. There's signs all over saying the mat isn't responsible for anything that becomes damaged. I never had it happened, but you know it's an accident *waiting* to happen. :XD

My 7 yr old stepkid is notorious for leaving crap in his pockets....:gonk:

Glad pens and nails never made their way into the washer, though there were a few times that I forgot to remove the tissue papers from my pockets and thus caused all my clothes to be covered in flakey whiteness :cry: And it's even worse because nearly all my clothes are black, thus making those flakes stand out horribly vivid...

Yep...I've uncovered washed, balled up toilet paper I stuck in my pocket to blow my nose (unused, mind) that has been washed and in these weird flaky masses that get all over everything in the wash. Other that, and the occasional dollar, I do pretty good. ^_^ I'm really anal about making sure any of my virtual pets are out of my pockets before I throw a pair of pants in the wash. That would make me cry. :cry:

Usually its just tissue paper, though I once forgot to remove a bus ticket from my pocket and it got all mussed up T__T I had to rebuy the ticket later because the old ticket was all in piece and blurred out >_>
