Yeah. Every wish has a number assigned in the order they were made. On Sunday, or whenever the draw is made, Jelly logs in on gaia and makes a randomized dice roll there. Then she screenshots it and posts and ta-da, we have got a winner - the wish thats number got drawn will be granted. o:
