Any suggestions to improve my avatar? I’m horrible at matching things and making it look balanced. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

The only things I can think of are taking off the fireflies and maybe adding a crown. It's a very nice avatar. ^^

The only thing I can think of at this point, is the skin. Its kinda dark for all the light colors you have. It makes it look odd because the white in the eyes and mouth pop. If you went one shade lighter I think you would have the same effect but much clear and less choppy. I like it though over all though. I think its blends well and all the items look good together. 8/10. Just the skin that makes it look odd..... it could just be me though.

I agree with Divine. Maybe make it a shade lighter. Dark skin looks great in white. Personally, I hope the dev makes the dark skin tone a bit more visible, so people could actually see other's noses and such. Like a chocolate brown or something..

Hmm. You're right, Anna ^^. Though in my opinion she just needs to get rid of the sash. *is very tired* That's all that needs to be gone. My only other thought, is maybe adding in a third color.

Maybe have a lighter skin color. THe one you have now is too dark. Also, get rid of something near the neck. It seems too cluttered.

I thought it was cluttered too. Thanks for the suggestions so far! I think I will try a lighter skin tone see if that helps out.

EDIT: I also took the sash and necklace off. I wish the skin tone was a bit darker though.

I think some white shoes would be better, there's alot
of gold in the bottom. Or maybe white socks! :D

It looks a lot like my dream avatar! Wow! :3 But I think it'd look better with a star astral thingy,(the Monthly collectible for December.) and maybe a dagger that's gold/silver and white, I forgot the name of it. But that's what I have for my dream avatar, or maybe the white/gold fan. Both of them are in the normal shops.

@Elwing: I had the white stockings on it before, but too them off and forgot to put them back on. I thought about white shoes before too, but they didn’t look right.

iClimax: I think that more hand held items would make it too cluttered in the middle. I was trying to stay away from more items in the light set, although the fan doesn’t look too bad. I thought about the halo too, but I think that’ll bring too much gold to the bottom.

Maybe if your hair was not exactly the same color, then there would be another color in the mix. Just something to try.

I changed the hair to something shorter. I like it better than it was before, but I’m not sure if I like this exact style.

Everything matches, and everything is balanced. It would be absolutely perfect and STUNNING if it weren't for the fact that it's only white and gold, both of which are neutral. I LOVE your avatar as a base. Try working off of it a LITTLE more to add a splash of color, and it would be PERFECT.

Right now, if I wereyou, I would try adding in one color at a time and seeing how many items you could substitute and how well you could balance it. Just add in whichever color you like and experiment. : )

hair color maybe if you do decide to add another

Yeah, I thought so too. Hopefully some day I can afford one though.
