I don't mind it so much - but what bugs me is when people think they are entitled to EVERYTHING and they think I have SLAVE written on my forehead!

Nah, your view isn't twisted. You come up with random things sometimes but more often than not that is played into humor. Or else it is just a different tangent that we feel like talking about on/off : p Your family is full of sillyfaces (as not to be too rude) hahah XD They just.. ya it is as if they are walking with funny glasses on because they never seem to notice that... yes, you can be lazy. And you like your games. An understatement I know but you also believe in making your life separate from them in that, if you work, you work. And possibly wouldn't want to have 500 chores stacked up on top of that and be called lazy or incompetent for not feeling up to doing them. I think something that would really help your family's outlook is empathy. Not even necessarily sympathy or compassion, although that would help a lot.. I think the biggest thing is empathy but they seem too bewildered by such a thought as thinking from the viewpoint of someone else.

My mom refuses to interact with people who have a different view of life than her except her family... my dad is never home to notice anything to begin with, and usually it's too late to be doing work anyways... my sister is 26 and still living at home... =.= I'm 21... and I'm moving this year just like she is... for the...... 2nd? or 3rd time?
