Soft words spoken delicately
Beneath the shade of oak
Casting voice, wondering stillness
As the hazey screen of smoke
Comes forth from yonder place
To envelope us in dismal ways
As the forest burn to dusk
Making shadows in their blaze
Burning exhaustion pouring down
Finding fears that clear the crowd
As whispered secrets spread
The silent approach creates the shroud
Masking violence, so brief yet fearful
Placing fear in the willful heart
Stay here for the time we have
At least till our fates depart.

I'm not really sure what I was intending by this but I know that I just felt like writing a poem and I"m wondering if people are interested in it and can really find what I was talking about, and if it is blatant, which it tends to be.
