Good! You are here! I want to talk to you! [I can't decide what do to about Ereal and Taman. If Ereal is SUPER strong and a great fighter, then I want Taman to be only mean... But Ereal can't be perfect, and she will probably need help surviving. With that in mind, she needs a friend. Here are the options I can think of:
1. Ereal can impress Taman by fighting hard, but getting hurt, like spraining her wrist/ankle and keeping going; showing that she will not give up. Then Taman will keep being mean, but be secretly helping Ereal by letting her know where her weaknesses are, and 'accidentally' giving her suggestions for improvement (in the form of insults and through conversations with his friends that he knows she can hear). Then they could get in a fight where he either does, or does not tell her what he has been doing.
2. Ereal can impress Taman by fighting hard, but not getting hurt, and he will hate her forever, and try his best to hurt her for the rest of the story, and someone else, Vmars? Nariko? me?, makes a new friend for her. ]

Hmmm. Let me think on that. I actually came up with some stuff, and I don't know how the two would overlap. Plus there are certain things in my idea that each person will know. Not all of it will be the same information, though. I need v to get on though.

I like your ideas though. I just don't know which one to go with.

-Well origionally, I thought that something would happen between Ereal and Taman to where Ereal snaps and lectures Taman about something.

-Then I'd have to ask v to do something with Brian.

-The Brian event leads to Taman being speechless, or something else, (he could have a new found respect for her) and the twins would be shocked.

Ah. So you're thinking of changing Taman's views on life quickly. I was thinking more long-term, so we could do both. If Taman does change, however, should he let Ereal know? Or should he stay the evil jerk with a separate agenda?
One thing to think about: Ereal is very assertive, 'Bring it on, sissy' etc, and that will make the boys angry and aggressive. She either needs to outshine them all, in which case she doesn't need help, or she needs to get help. She might not accept help if it is offered, which is a motive for Taman to keep quiet about his newfound generosity. I still think she needs some sort of foe, though.
About the Brian thing: it doesn't seem likely that Brian would do anything about it this early, unless a real fight broke out. There is no way he can keep every boy from making snide comments and 'accidentally' tripping Ereal, and if he tries, it will only encourage the boys to do it more.

Hm. As I said, I only had a rough idea. Well, I didn't say rough, but you know what I mean, right?

He could earn a grudging respect for her that is very small. Over time it could grow.

True, but I wasn't thinking about a fight like that. Taman would do something to which Ereal would reply to, the other boys would get mad, then Brian would defend her by telling her story since he would have to know.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but go ahead! More power to you! I'm just brainstorming anyway, because I don't know how to respond to the situation other than to be my normal rude, nasty, jerk-life self (Taman).
