My friend has a nice citrus shortbread cookie recipe that I like.

I don't bake or cook to much, but I do like making cookies - especially for Christmas.

Interesting . . .

My best friend always wants a batch of homemade cut-out sugar cookies from me for Christmas every year.

Suprise her and make the lemon poppy-seed ones! They are the lemonyest cookies I have ever had.

I may do that.

But I would have to make the sugar cut-outs too, or I would never hear the end of it.

Oh . . . Have the traditional and the specialty.

I may surprise her on a random day - or maybe for Halloween.

She likes cookies for Halloween.

I could even shape them a bit like moons.
