To Me They Are Like Well Like In Karin. The Anime About The Blood Making Vampire. To Me They're Like Anju [Is That Her Name? D: Can't Remember]. If Well Dressed They Can Go Out In Bright Sun For A While, If It's Cloudly Or Dim Sun They Can Stay Out Longer. I Think They Act Like Normal People Who Drain Small Amounts Of Blood From People [Probably Drunks That Can't Remember What Happened The Night Before xD]. They Aren't Crazy Blood Sucks Monsters, Nor Are They Overly Sexual; They Are Just Like Normal People And Therefore Have Their Own Personalities Etc.

When the word "vampire" pops up in my head, I immediately think blood and fangs.. xDD I think they're humans, but not normal ones... 'cause they drink others' blood to survive.. o: So yeah, I feel kind of sorry for them.. ><

If i think about vampires than :
Pale , Attractive , Night creatures something i like very much*probably because i'm in breaks and vacations up until very late XD* But the word blood pops up in my head to.

Tall, black or blood-red haired, pale, red, deep blue, light brown or green colored eyed beautiful men with long fangs that drink blood that look like they're out of an anime fangirl such as me's best dreams.

And usually named Vincent, Victor, Dante, Alucard or Vladmir. :lol:

EDIT: oh yeah, and with an accent where they can't say "w" or "th".That's my kind of vampire.<3

My definition of a vampire is a creature that appears human but feeds off human or animal blood. Their organs have long since ceased working due to lack of use; all except for the heart which pumps very slowly. It circulates the blood collected as a normal human heart would except at an obviously slower pace. After feeding, the vampire appears flushed and rosy.

They are attractive as to lure in their prey and are physically adept to catching prey on the run. Hair color varies according to the color at time of death. Their eyes and teeth are normal during the day. But at nightfall their eyes become red and their canines elongate to form fangs. That's why people only see vampires at night, you see?
I wrote a fictional vampire story not long ago so I figured out tons of details. xD

I think vampires are the knights of the dark.
They walk around at night looking for more prey to turn into vampires [and blood].
But they don't change into bats.
They can walk in the sunlight like normal human beings, but are only dangerous at night.
I think vampires are misunderstood.
They live in regular homes, not coffins, and are just regular people-ish.

Nothing really... I don't find ANY interest in vampires. They aren't scary, cool, or anything like that, I think they're pretty stupid. I really don't get why people are so interested in something that totally doesn't exist. There's not even a "maybe" in it. I understand the interest in UFO's and Nessie, but Vampires and Werewolves are so stupid!

I think dark haired, pale skin, sharp teeth, pretty [yes, pretty, not handsome xD], higher than humans when I think of vampires. Oh, and I usually think mansions too...

I don't really have an idea in my head of what vampire should be... however, I have lots of different views on what they could be, due to all the books I've read about them xD. There are so many different types that it really just depends...

Though I'll admit I'm a sucker for the gorgeous and suave Anne Rice-esque variety xD;. Don't hate me!

@Satomi: People aren't really (for the most part) interested in vampires because they're plausible... there's just an allure there with the whole idea. Immortality; a romanticized, aristocratic bloodsucking lifestyle; sexual overtones...

I can't even fully explain my own interest in vampires... it just is what it is. n_n

Well, being a vampire I say that vampires are just like normal people except for their fangs. There's no enhanced abilities or anything... we just suck blood now and then but not as much as back then. After all, we wouldn't want every single human on this planet to go into a panic! IT'd be so annoying.

Also, that myth about the sun killing us isn't completely true. We just burn alot easier.. That's why we put sun tan lotain on everymorning!
