Zeptan got banned for trolling a few weeks ago, so yeah he wouldn't be able to contact you, currently he's using an account named Trite Username and Another Cliche Username in his thread.

Yeah, he was an avid troller on several account, but of course, his main was the one that got banned. (well he did have other accounts that got banned too) but eventually he got caught saying the wrong thing at the wrong time on his main, so WHAMOLA! it was gone.
