The area where I live gets very strong winds in both the fall and spring. It's the reason we also have an Air Force base.

Once, some of our fall winds knocked trees down at my old college. Some fell on cars, but one fell right onto my friend's dorm room. Fortunately it was a very old dorm and took no damage whatsoever.

This year our fall winds didn't really start until about three weeks ago. It made me sad.
