@Akasha: Thats cool. What type of diets do you study?
I've never heard of okcupid before... To find dates I just wonder around my college campus looking around. I haven't done that lately though. xD
@feyona: Whats the cookie-cutter type? I don't know what kinda guys I like... cuz I like both mysterious/bad ass and also nice/nerdy guys... Lol.

Who knew so many different things were available on ye olde CL.
Right now, I'm involved with someone and suspect that if/when we split up, I'm totally taking a hiatus from dating for a year or two. Way too much drama.

I'm so glad I don't have to worry about dating. I've never actively looked for a boyfriend, I'm far too shy. I've always waited for guys to approach me, but that's always worked. I'm in a permanent relationship now (since I was fourteen) so thankfully finding a boyfriend isn't something I have to worry about. I have no idea how to go about it unless a guy makes the first move. XP

Well in this specific instance I'm talking about looks. Like when you see someone you swear you've met before, yet when they talk to you they don't remember who you are? The person you're thinking of and the one that you're talking to are identical. They're cookie-cutter. They look the same as other people. The men I've dated fall FAR outside the realm of "normal".

@ Fey - No, I don't go for a specific type of guy. I don't look for the same person from one guy to the next. I prefer guys who are not the buttoned-down shirt variety, and tend to meet guys who vary as much as a gaming geek to a Harley riding electrician. I do prefer that they have more tattoos than I do, but that's not easy.

I don't mind the rain as long as I'm not driving in it or it's not cold out. I still love the Hot Summer Nights. During such Nights I enjoy looking at the Stars and/or walking to get something to drink.

Okcupid is a dating site, it's pretty cute. I love the alagarythm of how they match people up and the quizs are cute. Can still use the site if your anti social.
I wouldn't say what I have right now is a relationship, since it's been over like 2 wqeeks and before that was mostly pm's over okc. I'm meeting up some else from another dating site.
I'm out there. I don't like just sitting and waiting for a guy to magically appear. If a guy approaches me I won't say no, but I'm not actively out there being like I need someone. For now, I'm going to see how things go.

Dating sites are good only if you go in thinking your using a dating site and it's not prefect. Just an extra way to meet people. Which i need to do since moving. Though ideally I need a good bar and/or a club and I can easily make new friends.

Okay. The bars around here where I live are filled with cattle, rejects, and retreads. I would like to find a place to relax, have fun, have a Beach Volleyball Court, plays good music(not a 100%country or Rap),no Jerks, and good drinks.

Where do you live?
I can find places that suit my needs, Death Guild, gothy/industrial music that I enjoy dancing too and people who like me will exist there.
But that's lame not being able to a find a good bar. I can't imagine not having a nice place to go.
I need to find a decent coffee shop.

I live in Missouri near the Kansas State Line. The Town I live in is so backwards that Tea or Coffee Shops don't last long unless the cater to the farmers and thier cattle.

I don't think i could ever last in a town like that. Glad to be in the bay area for that.
Man, how do you carter a coffee/tea shop towards farmers and cattle?

Probably at least a hundred restaurants, Akasha. Right now I'm living in the bay area too... I just moved here not too long ago... but I'm planning on moving to Oregon within the next yr.
