Now, all I want to know is there anything I could change about the cover for the better?

This cover is for a manga Im doing for an aurthor that was looking for an artist on gaiaonline.

It's quite good. ;D I like it!

You could make it even better by editing the arms a tad bit. They look a little off. Maybe the shoulder or elbows...?

But otherwise, nice colours and flowers and such. Awesome. 8D

Hmm ver nice border's flowers and back ground, I agree that the elbows look a tad.

Its a bit standing out you have dificulties drawing hands and feet's?

This isnt actually my style. This is just a "moe" style. My style is more like this - Tada? xD

I dont have diffulties with feet or arms, it is just that it felt more proper for her hands to be behind her, and her shrugging [ which I will add later, I forgot to add it in @[email protected] Just shows how much I was concertrating ]

It's very nice! The border is lovely and so is the art. One thing, though, that I think you should change is the title. It's too small and unnoticeable. But I love the way you wrote it. It's just very blendy-inish. : O

It's a little messy, but maybe that's the style you're going for?

The others have already pointed out the elbows, as they look kind of like they're pointing towards you... ^^;

The corner of the the border looks a little empty to me, too...

I love the border and the gradient -- the roses are gorgeous and the thick lines make it appear to have a very stained glass effect to it.

As for the girl, it's not really my preferred style of manga, but she's cute.

If I could make a suggestion, make the title much more obvious. I had to look to find it, and that's never a good thing. Also, I feel like the names at the bottom would all look better in a font that's a bit more spaced out.

I really like the colors, they're quite beautiful, and I absolutely love the checkered background and all the roses. ^_^

The picture is very cute, but I suggest you clean up some of the shading.
The splotches on her chin stick out way too much and some parts look like they're not coloured in properly.

You should make Avi art and sell them for a reasonable price. What I mainly like is:

The Eyes- They really pop out and they're different from all the other objects around it. The first thing I looked at when I saw your picture was the eyes. It looks scary and pretty at the same time. Nice job!~ ^_^

The Border- The border is really nice and if you ever sell the book, the person would see the pretty decorations and pick up the book to look through it. What's the book about anyway? I would like to know.{If you actually are making the book}
