There's alot of teenagers here, but there's also many, many adults. Quite a few Menewshans are parents and/or married.
Of course, there are adults on Gaia, but I notice a large adult-to-teen ratio here than there.

I'm from Gaia too and after a while you'll notice all
the differences between Gaia and Menewsha. For one
thing people here tend to be nicer and there is a
whole lot less spamming here. Actually almost none. So
you get the idea. I'm sure you'll love it here just
same. Unless you're one of the spammers. Just Kidding.
