Hello fellow Menewshans. I'm new here and hope to make some good friends. I'm from Gaia, and I've seen Menewsha avatars before and thought they were adorable. So I thought I'd make one. I read the ToS and stuff and now I realize how completely different the two are. I hope I can get an adorable avatar with some awesome clothes here. And, I hope to be able to sell art, since I love drawing. I also hope I can find some good roleplays, since that's all I really do on Gaia as well. I'm going to try to force a good friend of mine to join, so that I can have some friends that I know in real life on here. Well, that's all I have to say for now. C:

Welcome to Mene!
Yeah, we're quite different from Gaia. ^^ At a glance, we're similar, but we run very differently. Personally, I like Mene better. But Gaia avatars are fun to play with. :)
And kudos on reading the rules already. ^^

Gaia avatars are very fun to play with, and gold is easier to get. >.o But that, I guess, is what makes one so interested in Mene because it takes more work, so you don't want to go against the rules and stuff. C:

Yes, at first it's a little frustrating that it takes so long to earn gold. But you get used to it and learn to love it. Since you have to actually EARN it, instead of it being just handed to you. ^^
If you'd like to make some gold, I'd recommend going to the General Discussion forum. And instead of just replying with short answers (Like "Oh, yeah, that happened to me once."), tell a little anecdote, if it's relevant.
And buy your clothes from the exchange forum. You can get them cheaper there. ^^ But you may not find what you're looking for right away, so it takes patience...
