Ummm where do you get the panda slippers at?

They were a past CI so you can no longer donate and recieve them as an Item.
You can only get them through the Menewsha Exchange Forum from a user.

If I'm thinking right, then you can only get them from other people. They were once a collectible item thing that people bought from the site. *Shrug*
