Depends on what the forum is about. Name it after the subject, or if it's a question, write the question down. When introducing it, explain what you want to talk about and why.
And no-one can tell you what to create threads about, you have to come up with those ideas yourself
But one thing I can definitely tell you, please don't make posts that are just a list, we don't like people doing that as it doesn't encourage much discussion.
