I have to study Japanese Grammar and though I really love the language, I have many problems with getting the hang of the grammar... there are so many things I don't understand... but I'm lucky, because my boyfriend is very good with Japanese and has a kind of talent for understanding these things much easier... ^^

@ Aylin - That's awesome that you have someone to help you out. :] I used to want to learn Japanese, but I really want to learn Korean more now. I just want to learn a bunch of languages. XD Though I gave up on French...cause I didn't get any of it...and I had the class for three years.

I would to make my master in East Asian studies and therefore I have to learn another language. First I thought of Korean too, but then I thought that I could use Chinese for than Korean... and it would be easier after having learned Japanese, I think... xD"

I had 11 years of MANDATORY French class.
What did I retain? Almost nothing. xD

Well... I will have to see if we can move over there... we would have to find work for us both and we would have to take our four cats with us... that's not easy in Japan, where pets often are not allowed... x_x

Anyway,

Heute war mein ersten Tag in eine Deutsche Universität, und ich habe so viel Angst für meine Kurse. Ich habe nach ein Kurs auf Deutsch gegangen, und ich habe fast nichts verstanden. Ich soll nicht das Kurs belegen (ich möchtete es ohne eine Note belegen). Die andere Kurse sind auf English oder Deutsch-als-Fremdsprache, aber ich habe noch Angst.

I'm half German and half Irish, but the German side takes over all the time... LOL!!! I love everything German, from Audi's and Volkswagen's to Rammstein to the building architecture to the Autobahn. My dream is to take an Audi R8 or an S5 on the Autobahn.

Der Jüngling steigt den Berg mit Qual. Die Aussicht ist ihm sehr egal.

I just can't understand why so many people are amazed of Germany. I'm living in Austria, but I don't think there is much difference. I have the same amazement for Japan! ^__^

No German ever seems to understand how people can like the language and place. xD
I was with some friends last night and we started on the topic of different languages..and I was speaking a bit of German. One of the said that she was always freaked out by German because of the way it sounded...but said that hearing me speak it, it sounds like a beautiful language. Haha.
I told her to fear the north German. >.>;
I do. xP Part of one class in Germany was listening to the dialects. I'm pretty positive it was around Hamburg that had scary sounds. ^-^;

@Kethian- My best friend kind of made fun of me for wanting to learn German because she has some cousins in München and they don't even like the language. And she said German singing wasn't pretty, so I made her listen to Wir Sind Helden, and she admitted that she woman's voice was pretty.

I would gladly trade places with her cousins. xD
I need to immerse myself again anyway, haha.
