This is my introduction section. I'm really terrible with introductions, so please forgive the fact that I suck. XD; So, here we go -

~Get to Know CK~

On Menewsha and other avatar sites I have accounts on, I'm known as CK. Elsewhere online I go by the screen name "Klawzie".

I am the Event Coordinator Captain for Menewsha, which means I lead development of upcoming site Events, storylines, NPCs, and other things. I currently assist in some Moderation duties and occasionally help with artwork (generally concept artwork) for things related to the site (such as items). I'm also an Assistant Administrator, but still only a padawan in that field.

I am a writer and an artist (in that order) and one day hope to write and illustrate my own fantasy novels - primarily in the Young Adult bracket.

I like a great deal of things, so I'll create a random list (these are in no particular order and are not an exhaustive list):

"'Anyone and Everyone' is my (CK's) mule account. I currently use him as a sort of "Menewsha role-playing character" - and I generally write posts for him 'in-character' as this sulky slave boy. XD;

I'll often refer to him as my "slave boy" or as "A&E", but I finally decided to assign him a 'personal' name of "Blade". I'll eventually use him more frequently, but probably will rarely refer to him as "Blade".

I will generally buy him only clothing that reflects his "slave boy" status. But you are free to donate other things to him, if you would like. LOL. Poor Blade. His wardrobe is limited entirely to slave clothing, event items, and the charity of others. XD"

As of this post I have officially completed my first Quest. Horray for me! \o/

About my Completed Quest:
My first Quest was to write up this Quest thread and get it set up to more or less my satisfaction.

As of approximately 9:50pm Central time zone, Friday, January 25, 2008, I accomplished this task. XD

It took me many hours to set up this Quest thread and it took me awhile to decide what each reserved post would hold! But I believe I've settled on something that makes me happy, though I may reorder them at some point. XD

About my New Quest:
Upon completing my first Quest, I decided my next Quest would be to get my gold count to 3,000 gold.

The January Update "maxed out my credit card", so to speak. XD I don't like having my gold count under 500 gold. For some reason, it makes me uncomfortable. LOL. D: So I decided to try to get my gold count up to a "very comfortable" level in the hopes of purchasing items from the Valentine's Update and March Update when I come back from Melbourne.

I hope you enjoyed looking at my thread. :3

[A Slave Boy's Journal]
This will be my first journal entry. My Mistress tentatively suggested I call it a 'diary', but I prefer the word 'journal' as, to me, a 'diary' implies a log of personal thoughts, dreams and wishes. As the only wish I currently have is for my Mistress to consider me worthy of a golden slave collar, I feel 'journal' to be the most accurate term for what this is.

Today my Mistress gave me a generous supply of gold. This was not, as one might expect, pin money for me to spend upon myself. Instead, she felt it best that I learn a life skill so that I may prove myself to be more useful to her.

I am, of course, delighted to oblige her.

So, today I learned to fish.

I at first thought I had chosen my fishing spot poorly, as all I came up with was a pile of rusty old nails, rotting boots, and broken television sets. I was later reassured by my Mistress that this is only to be expected, as I am a novice fisherman (fisherslave?) and my casts are not likely to entice a fish as of yet. She assured me that after a few attempts to fish, I would get the hang of it. I, of course, delight in seeing her proven correct.

My profit from selling these bits of trash I happened to hook was sadly not enough to cover my Mistress's investment of the day.

It is disheartening to think that on top of her having to maintain my room, board, and occasionally giving me gifts of clothing, she must also throw money into my learning a new skill. But, again, she assured me that her investment in my skills would soon enough pay off.

I do live for seeing that day and am eager to reach the level of experience necessary to capture my first fish.

I dutifully reported my catches to my Mistress, who taught me how to properly record my catches so that the next time I fished, I might report to the Fishing FAQ all on my own.

My Mistress's trust in my abilities warms me.

It is nearly time for my Mistress to brush my hair, as she so delights in doing, so I shall now end this first journal entry.

I know what you mean about not having time to draw. I did one or two of the pictures I owe from the Pin the Crown on Yumeh contest, I just haven't given them out yet. :' )
