Jiro stepped back a few steps after she pushed him away. He just smiled noticing she bit her lip, he knew right then that he was really getting to her. "Now now, who said I was making fun of your intelligence? Since when is kissing a pretty girl considered playing with her head?" He paused and laughed slightly. "I wish I had received the memo, I don't kiss that many girls... I'm rather specific with the ones I do that to." He let out a small sigh. "Maybe next time I'll just touch your leg instead..."

Nisa pulled the collar of her shirt back around her neck and began to re-button her shirt, leaving her tie to hang loosely around her neck. She smiled at him once she was fully covered up again, "I didn't know that little amount of skin was enough to tempt you" She chuckled lightly just before realizing that Jiro and Naio were outside in the court yard too. She must have been too caught up in her book to notice before. She looked over at them, then looked back at Cain. "What do you think they're talking about?"

Naio's face turned a odd shade of red her pale skin
making it look that much brighter."You'v kissed allot"
She said pouting a little trying not to think of what
he did that night they had first met. She couldn't
help it though...

Cain smiled "Being around you is enough to tempt me..."
He said and smiled lightly. He looked over at the
other two and glared lightly but then sighed closing
his eyes. "I am not sure but what ever they are up
to Naio isn't to happy..."

Nisa smiled "Well then I guess I'm going to try and cheer her up" She stood up from the bench, adjusting her uniform just before walking over to her book and kneeling down to pick it up. She looked over at Naio and Jiro as she walked up to them "Naio, you shouldn't pout it isn't very becoming on you" She couldn't help but laugh softly. "And how are you today Jiro? I have not seen you around in awhile" Nisa was only able to be so friendly with him because she didn't know what happened that day when he and Miyo were alone.

Jiro looked down at Nisa's pleasantly happy face and everything started to eat away at him. Seeing her so happy really bothered him considering the secret everyone else held from her. He was afraid of what would happen should he tell her, he was going to wait it out though. He knew telling her now would only ruin her day and it was nice seeing her happy while everyone was was tense. "I'm well Nisa, thank you for asking" He had to fake his pleasantries and act like nothing had happened. He shouldn't have too much trouble doing that. "I've just been busy, that's all" He smiled faintly hoping no one would notice how nervous he was.

Naio looked up at her friend and her eyes went wide
seeing who was fallowing her. She gulped and sighed
"Nisa-Onee-chan your so mean..." She said tyeing the
end of her hair up to get it out of her face. Naio
knew Cain wouldn't say any thing but could hear what
he was thinking.

Cain saw her walk over and sighed fallowing her
quietly, he stuck his hands in his pockets.His
eys never left Jiro as they walked up, he wasn't
upset with the other yet he wasn't ready to say
forgive and forget...

Jiro avoided eye contact with Cain when he walked up, the last thing he needed now was to feel even more guilty then he already was and nearly any negative look on his friends face could easily make everything worse. He sighed, the tension in the air was thick enough that someone could choke on it.

Nisa looked around at everyone, focusing mostly on the look plastered on Jiro's face and came to the conclusion that something was obviously wrong. She wondered if it was just Jiro or if they all knew something she didn't. She quirked a brow "Is there something that I'm not being told?" She asked in no particular direction.

Naio sighed knowing that qustion would get this day
going all wrong. She had to think of something and fast
but as she thought over some thing she could say she
heard Cain thinking of telling her. Naio couldn't let
that happen yet and blurted something out. "You know
Nisa we have tryed to keep this from you but I can't
any more, Jiro asked me out..." She blurted this out
looking as if she didn't believe what she had said
either.

Cains eyes went wide at the thought of them going out
yet the look on Naio's face was enough to tell him she
was trying to keep the secret just that for now. He said
nothing and let it pass he didn't want to upset NIsa not
today every thing seemed to nice now...

Nisa looked from Naio to Jiro, again with the same quirked brow. "That's it?" She must have sounded a little down, she was hoping it was going to be something bigger than that. She glanced over at Jiro and laughed softly "And here I thought you would never settle for just one girl.."

Jiro's eyes went wide and he stared in awe at what Naio said, wondering where in the hell that came from. "...uhh..." He was scrambling looking for the words to say. "..." How does one respond to something like that? He also couldn't believe that now Naio was lying to cover everything up too. He couldn't help thinking things would have been easier just telling her what happened. "..." He was more nervous now then ever before and couldn't think of anything to say. He just stood there, fighting back the nervous sweat.

Naio smirked lightly feeling like a idiot she was
"Well thats just it, i don;t trust him so I didn't
want to tell you and get your hopes up that it might
be a long term thing..." She said and moved to brush
her bangs out of her eyes. She had no clue what she
had just got herself in to.


Cain just laughed to himself thinking this was more
then enough punishment for what he had done to Miyo.
what happened can not be changed, yet to see his friend
sqwrem like this was enjoyable. "NIsa you sound let down
why is that?" He said looking down at her concern in
his eyes now.

It took Jiro a few minutes to get hold of what Naio had gotten them into and he figured since he was going to be stuck with this for a little while, why not take advantage of the situation and make Naio regret saying what she did. He moved closer to Naio with a smile on his face placing a hand down gently on her shoulder. "Oh come now Naio, stop being so naive. You can tell Nisa we've been going together since that night in her bedroom" He grinned knowing well enough that he probably made things a little worse, but it was good enough to get back at Naio.

Nisa looked over at Cain after hearing Jiro's comment about when they started dating, she smiled "Did you know about this Cain? Or were you as in the dark about their secret affair as I was?" Her tone had improved, this was a little more interesting now. Nisa glanced over at Naio "You know, you could've told me you were dating Jiro. You didn't have to hide it from me"

Naio knew this was coming and sighed but put a smiled
on acting as if she was hiding a blush. "Jiro you make
it sound so dirty..."She said her voice having a sfot
tone yet any vamp could tell they where posien ivy edge
words. She turned in to him lightly her hand at his side
to make the act look real. Yet her small fingers pressed
ing to his side letting him know she would not play nice.

Cain couldn't help but laughed a little "I knew a little
yes thats one of the reason's Naio left that night
wetalked in your room..."He said and smirked
wanting to have some fun as well at Naios exspince.
He touched her hand and kissed it,
"I am sorry for keeping that from you
she is allot stronger then you think..."

Jiro felt her poking his in the side and just looked down at her, holding back the urge to glare. Thanks to Naio he now had to put on even more of a ruse and now Cain was getting in on the fun. He took a deep breath and smiled, he grabbed her hip and pulled her in close to him just before leaning down and gently pressing his lips to hers. Ordinarily he was sure he'd get smacked for his, but Naio started it and if she wanted this to seem legit she'd have to play along.

Nisa was quite shocked to see Jiro do that from out of no where. She quickly turned away and put her hand in front of her eyes so she wasn't watching. She smiled as she looked at Cain "I guess they really have been seeing each other behind my back..."

"Hmm!"Naio's eyes went wide as he did that she didn't know what to do.
Her hand went up to slap him but Nisa was
watching so it gently landed on his neck. After a moment
she relaxed shaking slightly at the fact she liked this feeling.
No, no, no, this is all wrong! She yelled at
herself knowing she should pull away but was froze...


Cain laughed as he saw that and shook his head looking back
down at Nisa. It was so cute how she was modest
for them. He smiled "Yes it seems so..dose this mean
we are going out...or at the lest seeing one another?"
He asked and titled his head to the side.

Nisa's eyes got a little wider, she was completely thrown off guard by his question. Her cheeks started to blush and her glance dropped to the ground below her causing her hair to fall in her face. "...If you'd like it to mean that..." She mumbled. "It could"

Jiro held Naio close as prolonged the kiss just a few moments longer. He gently pulled away and smiled, then released his hold on her. He even went so far as to take a few safety steps back away from Naio.

As he pulled away she let him do so yet now her lips
felt cold from the cool air of night fall. The sun was starting its decent down past the trees. She looked at
him her look telling him thoughts steps where well taken away from her.

Cain smiled and leaned over "I would like that allot"
And with that he kissed her cheek. He stood back up
seeing the two and laughed. "Fine you two love birds lets get out of here, the teachers are coming I can
ear them..." He said knowing that staying here any
longer would get them in trouble.

Nisa looked up when Cain said he could hear the teachers coming, she smiled and grabbed hold of his hand. She then started to head towards the gated entrance of the school pulling him behind her by the hand. She continued to do so until they had exited the school grounds and were now standing on the corner outside the gate. She stood on the corner and than realized that she'd pulled Cain along the whole way and quickly dropped his hand.

Jiro watched Nisa drag Cain off and then looked at Naio. He couldn't help thinking that pretending he and Naio were going out was going to be a lot more trouble then he previously thought. He was going to have the most trouble with curbing his flirting habit because to appear that Naio was his one and only he couldn't go around flirting with every girl he thought was pretty. He shook his head "Look what you've gotten us into..." He mumbled as he glanced over at Naio. "...I'm going to follow them" He stated as he turned on his heel and began to leave the school grounds.

00--- Meanwhile ---00

Suzu walked up to Kano now that she was finally ready to go and smiled "Well, can you smell that vampire in me?" She had put on a special concoction of perfume that she and her older sister created. It was remarkable, it was able to completely cover up the smell of a vampire for a few hours while giving off the alluring smell of rose and lilies.

Kano stood with his hands still in his pockets and bent down slightly to get a whiff of her perfume. "I can't smell anything except the perfume, Miss Suzu"

"Good!" She smiled, she was always proud of her experiments even if her older sister did help her create it. She walked over to the front door and opened it "Come on Kano, we're running a little late already. We'll just have to find the girl and take her"

Kano nodded and followed after her. "The basement was prepared too, while you were in the bedroom" He stated as he stood next to her just before they started heading for the town. They used speed to their advantage and made it to the town in no time at all. Once they arrived Kano stopped while standing ontop of a building. "Is here good?"

Suzu stopped too and looked back at her partner "Yes, you should go unnoticed if you stay back this far" She was confident in having him stay back while she found the girl, Kano after all was the fastest known vampire in either of the two covens. "Finding this girl Nisa, shouldn't be too difficult if she does have the special blood" She grinned knowing the smell all to well. "Oh, and Kano follow me at this distance and should I call for you, I expect you to be at my side quickly" The tone in her voice was scary enough to send shivers down anyone's spine. With that she jumped down from the building and started to walk around the town looking for the girl.

Cain smiled seeing her blush again but stopped her
from droping his hand. He took hers before she could
drop it fully. "I thought we where seeing each other?"
He asked and smiled down at her and sighed "Why don't
we go get something to drink all of us?"


"Don't pull that on me..."She said turning to him
bright red her lips bitten hard."I was just covering up
for you ok Cain was about to say something I know it.."
She said and sighed looking down. "You don't have to
hang around me much, don;t worry I won't cramp your
style..." She said and moved behind him to see where
the others went, hearing that last of what they said.

Nisa slowly looked up at Cain when he took her hand, she smiled realizing that since they were seeing each other now; Stuff like this would be usual. "...We are..." She paused looking down at the book in her other hand. "I'm just new to this stuff" She mumbled. Nisa looked over to see Jiro and Naio finally followed "So... the coffee shop then?"

Jiro listened to the thing Naio said but half ignored them trying to get back into character when around Nisa. He smiled as he turned and put his hands on Naio's shoulders and moved her in front of him, rather than behind him. "I'm okay with that, what about you sweetie?" He asked referring to Naio.

Cain smiled "Its ok I won't push any thing..."He said and slowly moved his hand around hers, stroking the
back of her hand with his thumb. He looked up and smelt
the soft sent of tears as Naio and Jiro came up. He
knew something was wrong but said nothing to them.
"Yeah its getting cold some hot drinks might worm
us up..."

Naio gritted her teeth but played the part that she
had made for herself and smiled lightly nodding her
head."Yeah that sounds great I could do for something
hot.."She said and smiled knowing she wouldn't be able
to keep down any thing even if she could drink...

Nisa turned her head away and smiled lightly as they started to walk to the Coffee Shop. While she was walking she couldn't help but think about Cain and herself. It was so strange having someone who cared about you like this, she'd never experienced it before and having Cain in her life made her happy. Which was probably why she couldn't seem to stop smiling. Before she knew it they had arrived at the same coffee shop from the other day. Nisa wasted very little time getting inside, it was cold outside and considering she was still in uniform she felt nearly frozen from the chill. Once inside she walked over to one of the booths and sat down, the slid herself in so there was room for Cain to sit down.

Jiro followed after Cain and Nisa to the coffee shop, along the walk he wished there had been more distance between the two couples. He would've liked to have asked Naio what was wrong, something just didn't seem right and she didn't appear to be enjoying the ruse they were putting on. At least not like he was. Once they made it to the shop, Jiro held the door open and let Naio enter before him. He would wait for Naio to take her seat at the booth before he would sit down.

00--- Meanwhile ---00

Suzu hadn't gone too in depth in the search for the girl, she decided to check the targets residence first. She was standing outside the off campus dorms looking up at the building. "Hmmm..." She could smell Kano's blood, he had indeed marked a room here like he said he did. It took her a minute to narrow down which room, but she walked up to the building and scaled it in one leap. Nisa had left her bedroom window open a crack which made it easy for Suzu to enter. Once inside the target's room Suzu walked around looking at some of the different things in the room. She made her way over to the door and smelt Kano's blood even stronger than before. She reached into a small pocket in the fold of her skirt and pulled out a tiny bottle. She smiled and unlocked the door, opening it she climbed up and poured a drop on the same spot that Kano had marked. It fizzed and then the smell was gone. This was her way of remembering where she'd already been.

She shut the door, locked it and then replaced the bottle into her pocket. She carried a few random bottles on her whenever she left the house, they all did something different and that particular bottle was able to remove the smell and stain of blood. It was acidic so it would burn and leave a mark if ever poured on someone's skin, regardless of them being human or vampire. Suzu searched the rest of the room leaving everything untouched and then walked back to the window when she realized the girl wasn't there. She leaped out of the window and landed quietly on the ground in front of the building. "...Where oh where could that little girl be?"

Kano followed his orders completely and he stayed hidden in the shadows of night fall while Suzu located the target on her own. He would have preferred looking for the girl too, but an order was an order and he knew better than to disobey Suzu.

00--- --- --- ---00

Cain Smiled and took a seat woth her puling ove over
by her waist seeing how cold she was. He watched the
other two and sighed knowing by the way the older girl
walked she was not happy. He saw the young girl he
would talk to some times and waved her over to take
their orders.

Naio bit her lip lightly and walked in to the booth
trying to relax herself. This was going to be a long
night if she didn't loosen up soon. She smiled and
thanked him grinning lightly. schooting in as the
girl came over.

Sisio smiled at the couple's she enjoyed having them
here it was always nice to talk to them, even if it was
just chit chat. She enjoyed talking to Cain most he
had given her so much to think on and said so much she
could learn. "What are you four going to have tonight?"
She asked and smiled softly.

Nisa smiled warmly when Cain pulled her close, being close to him could definitely help warm her up. When Sisio made her way over Nisa looked up at her asking for the same thing she had before, a coffee with cream. Then she remembered something, she looked down at the book that was sitting on the booth next to her. She reached over and picked it up then sat up a little, putting her knees on the booth she leaned across the table and handed the book to Sisio with a smile "I want you to read this Sisio, I know it's old and you won't be able to read it easily. But I know you will love it!"

Jiro took his seat right after Naio sat down, he kept a small distance from her knowing he shouldn't get too close. He really was afraid to say anything to her at this point, he didn't want to end up making her more upset. When Sisio walked up he glanced up at her and smiled softly before giving her his order "I'll just have a black coffee"

Sisio miled and took down the others odrders but
stopped looking uo at the book and gasped out.
"Oh Nisa thank you..." She said and took the book
to her heart. She was happy the other was being
so kind. "his means allot thanks..."

Cain smiled seeing the younger girl and Nisa getting
along so well."Just black for me..." He said letting
his hands Move along the girls sides as if to
tickle.

Naio looked up "May I have some sweet tea please..?"
She askedand as the young girl nodded."Thankyou..."
She said and looked at Jiro half smiling trying to
let him knw her bad mood was not his fault

Nisa smiled happily "I just finished it today, it's really good" She added, referring to the book she gave Sisio. Nisa broke out into uncontrollable laughter as soon as Cain started to tickle her. Perhaps one of her worst weaknesses; She was terribly ticklish. She struggled to keep her balance while she squirmed eventually her hand fell out from under her and she fell into Cain's lap.

Jiro looked over at Naio nearly the same time she looked at him, catching her faint smile. Something about her at least trying to smile made him feel a little better. He glanced back over at Cain and Nisa when he heard her laughing and shook his head when he saw her fall into his lap. "My, my, aren't you going a little fast there Cain?" He said jokingly, his usual smile and sense of humor returning.

Suzu had been searching for Nisa for quite some time and had finally decided to take a break. She just happened to walk into the same coffee shop the others were enjoying themselves at. As soon as she walked in she brushed a stray piece of blonde hair out of her face and noticed the smell of the girl she had been hunting. She was a good actor and pretended to not be interested and avoided making eye contact with anyone at the booth they were sitting at. She walked over to a small two seat-er table against the far wall where she could easily see the others. As she walked across the floor her red heels made a slight clicking noise. Suzu approached the table and sat down so she could see Cain and Nisa. She was surprised to see the girl so well protected, three other vampires? Why so many? She'd glance up every so often just to make sure they were still in the booth. It would be unlikely that anyone would smell she was a vampire yet, her perfume was still way too strong and it hid the scent very well.

The night went on slowly but it was nice they all talked
of what was happening with them. As they talked Naio
seemed to become more relaxed in to the act she and
Jiro where putting on.The sun set fully now the time
passed by slowly Naio bit her lip feeling her need
to feed getting stronger now.

"I think its about time we get going now don't you
think guys the shops about to close any ways..." She
said and smiled looking at the small girl behind the counter.

Cain looked up from talking with Nisa and nodded his
head. "I think so too... I'll walk Nisa home while
you guys go out..."He said refusing to feeding...

Jiro reached into his pocket and pulled out a small black leather wallet removing more then enough money to pay for the drinks they had ordered. He thought it was the least he could do, after all the lies both Cain and Naio helped spread. He set the cash down on the table, leaving a generous tip. He stood up and adjusted his shirt then turned to Naio and held his hand out to help her from the booth. He wore a smile the whole time, perhaps he wasn't completely acting. "Shall we go then Naio?" He waited for her to take his hand and exit the shop.

Nisa smiled and looked up at Jiro and then to Naio "Thanks for paying Jiro, that's awfully sweet of you" She paused. "I'll see you at school tomorrow okay Naio?" She then looked at Cain and patiently waited for him to get up so that she might get up too. She'd rather not climb over him after the last comment Jiro made when she fell in his lap.

Suzu had sat at the small table the whole time the group was there, she had been ease dropping on half of the conversation while she drank her hot green tea. She didn't plan on getting up just yet, she was going to wait until Nisa left the shop before making any move. The less obvious she looked, the better. She looked away from the group and grinned a little at the thought of how bored Kano must be. He'd been told to keep his distance and he had, all this time. But she knew he would feel better about it when she came back with the prize in hand.
