"I'm sorry but I couldn't be your nurse, I'd probably try killing you in your sleep and I don't think I'd look good in all white" She said laughing a little. "So... Are you getting up or do I need to find a nurse hat?" She was so joking around with him which was much out of character for her. She was usually pretty quiet and kept to herself and yet she felt so... different around him. She couldn't really explain it, but she felt good.

He laughed lightly but shook his head lightly "No I
can do it myself, though if I could I would love to
see that hat...hmm to bad..."He laughed and pushed
himself up with one hand then the other with his stick.

He looked around and smiled "I am sorry for before,
about the girls hanging around...well most girls
here are starved for male atation, and when I do
not deliver they get angry..I just rather not deal
with that. Yet i see more and more your different"

After he got up off the floor Nisa started to walk again, headed for the Art class that they so oddly both had at the same time. "I'm not different, I'm the normal one while everyone else around me is different" She smiled a little shifting her book again from one hand to the other. Nearing closer to their destination. "Oh, and it's a shame you're blind. I might actually get that hat, maybe even the whole outfit" She chuckled knowing she shouldn't tease a blind man, but she couldn't resist. "But... since your blind, I don't have to waste my money"

He blushed at this, this hole human interaction thing
was so new to him. He saw humans as dinner not friends,
but as they came closer and closer "Maybe you won't
wast your moeny I can still feel..."As soon as these
words left him mouth he knew he would be slapped.

He just could never keep his tounge in check, he seemed
to always say the worng thing and the wrong time. Yet
when it really mattered he was able to say the right
thing and the right time, but that was not now...

"Oh but seeing is twice as nice as feeling" She couldn't believe she was saying such things and meaning them. She never talked like this to anyone but she felt the need to witty. She smiled "Besides, how do you know what you're feeling is really what you're feeling if you can't see it?" She grinned a little, knowing full well that would just cause something even worse to fall out of his mouth. She didn't mind though.

Cain smirked as she said that and reached out with his
hand as if groping the air then came to rest his ahdn
on her cheek, having her so close was nice. He smiled
"Trust me after 17 years of no sight you learn to use
your imagination..."He said letting his glasses fall
slightly showing his white eyes pearcing hers.

Nisa's cheeks turned a light red hue as soon as his hand touched her. Her face fell towards the ground as an instant reaction to try and hide the color in her face. "Ya' know Cain..." She paused and smiled a little. "I still don't think you're blind, and one day you'll admit to me that you're not" She turned and faced the door to the class, almost wishing she hadn't moved because it caused his hand to leave her cheek. "We should really get into class..."

He smiled lightly seeing her react like that was
cute something he wanted to keep but he also knew
that class was needed so his "parints" would not be
upset with him."One day you will believe me..."He said
softly "Yes I sapose that is so...will you at lest led
me to my desk?" He asked starting to move his hand way.

Nisa had started to regain her composure "Ya' know... I can't believe your blind and have made your way around this whole school on your own before now. I mean, you seem to be so helpless" She couldn't resist chuckling again as she reached for the door knob to open the door. She placed her hand on the knob and opened the door, stepping inside she held the door open for Cain.

"lets just say I have ears like a bat, so when people
are around its easier to know where the walls are"
He said and stepped forward and enter the class,
once they where in he slowly made hi way to his desk.
He laughed to himself thinking she never thought twice
about a blind boy in art class.

Nisa followed behind him, headed towards her desk. Again she was blown away, her desk was right behind his and yet she had never noticed before. How in the world had he flown so under the radar? Her mind was boggled. Her friends must have told her terrible things about him to cause her to erase him from her memory. He seemed so nice yet this was so strange. She shook her head a little, trying to forget about it. "So... Mr. I'm as blind as a bat" She smiled. "Do you need some help finding your pencil and paper too?"

Cain laughed lightly and shook his head looking off
to the side. "No I think I can handel that one..."
He said and moved his hands over his work table beside
him. Before each student there was a huge pad of paper.

He got ready as the teacher started to talk, he could
not ger his mind off of the girl behind him. She was
cute and sweet even after some of the things she had
been through. He had over heard from him old friends
of her family.

She just smiled a little and searched her desk for her pencil. Once she found it she began randomly scribbling on the pad of paper in front of her. She was quickly bored of that and pulled out her book and hid it in her lap and merely acted like she was paying attention to the teacher. In the back of her mind, even though reading her book she couldn't help thinking a bit about the boy in front of her. He seemed so much different the all the other guys she met. Not to mention most of the guys in the school steered clear of her because of her past. They were all afraid she'd be too clingy and none of them liked the idea of having her attached to their hips.

Class went by fast as Cain sat there, he sighed
allot knowing that this was going to take all day.
Yet Keria and Ricared had insisted that he look like
a normal 17 year old and go here.

He felt himself slowly starting to grown inpatint when
the bell rang. He slowly got up and turned to his back.
"I hope to see you latter on Miss..." He said and
started to walk away.

Once the bell finally rang she looked up from her book only to see Cain on his way out. She was surprised that all he had to say was 'I hope to see you later' She shut her book and put it on her desk. That wasn't exactly the response she was expecting. It was almost like he had changed within the time class started and then ended.

She stood up from her desk and adjusted her uniform skirt just before picking her book up off the desk. She wasn't sure what to make of his change. "Maybe I was imagining everything?" She mumbled to herself while rubbing her head lightly. She didn't think that was possible, but perhaps she read most of that in her book and just thought it was real. She shook her head, that couldn't be it.

A youn g girl about two years younger then Nisa
came up looking at the boy as he walked off. She
didn't know what to think of this but thought she
might ask her friend to find out.

"Nisa whats got you so still?" The small girl
asked tilting her head to one side as if she
was a kitten.

It took Nisa a few minutes but she finally looked down at Naio. "Oh... Hello Naio" She said in a very laxidasial tone. She glanced down at her book, thinking she couldn't possibly have read everything that happened earlier. Cain had been so nice to her, talked to her even and now he was being so... formal and cold. She let out a sigh and her gaze traveled back to Naio. "It's that guy..." She replied as she pointed towards Cain, again using the same tone as before.

Naio looked at Cain and sighed too copying her 'older
sister' even though she knew about books and such she
knew little about how to deal wit real life. "What
did he do to you?" She asked her face shrunken up as
if she was upset.

She looked back towards the door to the classroom and then back to Naio briefly. "He's just being cold.." She stated. "Before class he was so nice, and quite funny actually and it's like he's changed, completely" She gave a heavier sigh this time, now that Naio knew what was she going to do?

"Oh... and he claims he's blind, I finally had an idea to get him to admit that he's not really blind and now he's acting different which made me a little uncomfortable. I don't even want to go up to him... and I couldn't even imagine talking to him..."

"Blind?" She looked at the boy and knew as well that
he was not. "But Onne-chan her was kind to you..maybe
he os scared that he might have...umm gone fast?" She
asked niping at her bottom lip lightly.

"Don't call me that!" Nisa yelled out. "How many times must I tell you I don't like being called that" She wasn't exactly angry with Naio, just a little annoyed. 'Onne-chan' always struck a nerve because it reminded her of her adopted parents and sister.

She let a sigh escape her lips before speaking again. "I doubt that Naio, He was really open before almost like nothing ever bothered him. So I really don't see him as thinking that" Nisa looked up at the clock and her face nearly went into shock. "Naio, we're going to be late for our next class if we don't hurry!" Nisa started to walk to the doors and headed out into the hall.

Niao shrunk back slightly as the other girl yelled
she knew she wasn't saposed to call her that but
in her mind it was so hard not to call her that,
she just wish she knew why. No one told poor
little Niao any thing, of coarse she didn't ask
much of the other girls either.

She looked at the clock as well and sighed running
after her friend. She thought about the boy her friend
was talking about and the things she had heard. She
didn't want to belive them but it was hard not to.

Nisa looked back to her friend once she caught up to her. "So Naio, you've got a better memory then me, what is it that others say about him?" She seriously couldn't remember, probably because she wanted to like him. "I unfortunately can't remember anything about him, other than what I heard from him today" She took a look at her book for a moment, then put it in her other hand. Did she really want to hear anything Naio was going to tell her? She knew that what she had heard was bad, but she wasn't exactly sure how bad it was. She was hoping for the best, besides the guy she met today couldn't be the same guy all her friends had warned her about he was just too nice. She sighed lightly as she waited for Naio's answer.

Naio fallowed close behind thinking about what she
had over heard from the older girls. She bit her lip
"She...they says hes a monster...the... he kills the
girls that have 'transfered' to the other schools..."

She said this and messed with a few sliver strands
that had fallen over her shoulder. She didn't like
spreading reummers about people but there was so much
to prove it...

After hearing what Naio had said to her she nearly stopped dead in her tracks. "..." How could she have forgotten something like that. Again, though if it were true then why would he still be allowed to attend the school. Surely someone would've found out about it and he'd be in jail or something. Nisa, her eyes still filled with shock looked over at Naio. "Tha..that.. can't be true..."

She couldn't help thinking it had to be a rumor. Where was the proof that anything like that happened? The girls all transferred right? They'd have transcripts and have to attending classes. Not to mention... Cain said he wasn't into having girls around him, that I was the only one. She shook her head trying to make sense of everything. "...I'm confused..." She mumbled as she now stared at the floor.
