I don't borrow clothes <-<;
One: Becaouse people around me don't tend to be careful with it.
Two: People don't tend to enjoy the way I dress, very rare the people that like it xD
Three: I don't want to share it and disform my clothes with other strange bodies :x

You know, Viki still has most of my camis. I used to have a bazillion of them and she ran off with all of them. Now I only have one. My boyfriend has affectionately named it my whore shirt, as it is the only thing I own that remotely shows my boobs. XD

I let another friend of mine borrow my favorite pajama pants and I never got them back, damnit.
I hate letting people borrow shit, because they don't give it back. Ugh.

Most of my friends can't borrow my clothing.
They're all very skinny. xD
I don't have a problem with the friends that can borrowing them though since most of the time it's just a case of someone not having a swimming suit or forgetting to bring sleep pants as an alternative to jeans or what not. My friends are really responsible so I don't really worry about them ruining my things at all. So tis not a big deal.
I can be evil sometimes though. I had this really cool shirt that was like a black tee with a ribcage and heart and my friend really wanted one but I wouldn't tell her where I got it since I didn't want her to wear the same shirt as me. XD Is that really mean? I felt mean... ^_^;

I actually share clothes with my mom the most.

& Japanese hotels give you pajamas. ^^ I don't know if Japanese people do that for their house guests though.

I borrow my mom's stuff sometimes, but she can't borrow mine since well...imagine a 35 year old pro looking russian woman walking in lolita. She looks 20-ish to me though [ right out of college ] and when I tell her that she goes "Huu~ I guess I am too hot for your lolita then~" Indeed xD She hit it on the spot.

Hi!! I don't like giving items to others, but currently can't complain because the wings I am borrowing till I get either my own pair, or happen to get the V-day wings, for they are good too. I don't like other strangers asking me for items or gold very often, and therefore won't loan it out.

I don't mind sharing closets with a select few people, but I hate it when a new friend asks me to borrow multiple things. If I don't know them very well, I don't know whether I'm going to get my clothes back or not.

I have a lot of shirts though, so if someone tries on a shirt and it looks better on them than it does on me, chances are I'll just give it to them. There are a few things that I wouldn't loan to anyone no matter how much I love them though.

I hate lending out or borrowing clothes >.< that's why I don't do it... none of my friends do it either, but i have heard of sharing with siblings, my sister and I share dresses so we have different outfits at dances, and I don't mind that, but clothes in general is just weird...

i've gotten clothes from my friends, but i've never borrowed a shirt or something; although i have borrowed swim suits before. :]

i get hand-me-downs from my sister, who shares similar tastes as me, but unfortunately she has stopped growing, so no more clothes for me i think. xDDDD

My friends and I have given each other clothes - one of my best friends and I have matching clothing but we never borrow lol - most of us aren't the right size to match - and even if we are - we have different styles. lol and the one friend who matches clothes with me already has the clothing she would borrow from me - so we're all good :D lol

Song? Am I missing something here? ^^;;

Hmm, as for borrowing clothes or friends borrowing clothes~
A couple years back when my cousins were up here from Arkansas (they visit once a year), I took my cousin Julie to the RHPS nearby, and she didn't have anything "cool" to wear, so she borrowed pretty much a full outfit of mine (she always compliments me on my clothes and loves what I wear since we have a similar style of clothing and wear the same size clothes other than shoes), although the boots were a few sizes to large for her. xD I've borrowed clothes from her (for a year, haha), and she has borrowed clothes from me before, although most of the time when she comes to visit the year after, we usually forget that we've lent something out, so we'll have it for another year before giving it back. ~

I've borrowed shirts and jackets from my boyfriend also. There's this one shirt that he got from a manga magazine up at Mitsuwa once that's has an Evangelion print on the front, and it shrank after he washed it the first time so it hardly fits him anymore, so he basically has let me borrow it for the past couple of months since it fits me a lot better. I've also borrowed his jackets every once in a while if it's cold outside or I'll take a shirt of his randomly to wear to bed.

I can't really share clothes with my friends, though, since we're all different sizes and heights, so it doesn't tend to work out that way. ^^;

I don't think it's a good idea to borrow clothes from or lend clothes to your friends. When I was a teen, my friends lent clothes to each other constantly and it always led to fights. Either someone didn't want to give something back or someone forgot to give it back in a timely manner and they would fight, over clothes fo all things. My parents never let me lend or borrow clothes for that reason and I discourage my daughter from doing it for the same reason. It's silly to fight over clothing but, they did.

I remember that song, it's...weird >>;;

As for lending and borrowing clothes from my friends it rarely happens. The only time my friends really lend clothes to another friend is for gym, because if we don't have our gym clothes, we can't participate and we have to make up our class later on which is just...annoying and tedious. Sometimes they get into fights over such a silly thing as borrowing clothes though. Like one of my friends [let's say M] got mad at another friend [we'll call her E] because she always borrowed her gym clothing. So, during lunch, M got really pissed at E and at the end, E just gave M a cookie and still continued to borrow M's gym clothes. Another time my friends lend each other clothing is usually a sweater because it's cold. Like in my math class, it's usually FREEZING so we tend to lend our sweaters if we feel fine without it. Actually, that happens in a lot of my classes, math [because the portables are generally cold all the time], spanish [same reason as math], science [because the heater is old], and world geography [because the heater doesn't work Dx]

OI, now that song is going to be stuck in my head D;

Usually my best friend will take some of my clothes, or I'll take some of hers and wear them. It isn't really a big deal between us. Though like every few months I have to go to her house and collect my clothes back up.

My friends and I could lend each other clothes if we wanted to (we're about the same sizes) but we never have. We each have our own styles, so none of us really feels the need to borrow someone else's clothes. The largest article of clothing I've ever borrowed from one of my friends was a pair of socks because I my own socks were too thin and worn for the boots I was going to be romping around in for about an hour after school.

I wouldn't even really feel comfortable borrowing their clothes. I often spill things on myself, so I would be worried about staining their outfit.

Lol, I wasn't talking about items on Menewsha. ^^; I meant clothing in real life. But yes, you shouldn't let strangers borrow stuff from you on avatar websites. D: I do lend out some of my items on Gaia, but only very close friends. I mean, if I had just met you, I am most certainly not going to lend you my chain wallet. D<

I used to be okay with lending clothing to friends, but then I started to not get stuff back. Not just clothing, like CDs and such as well. I would ask them for it and they would swear up and down they gave it back. Then when I saw them wearing it, they would say they liked it so much that they bought it. I lost an $90 corset that way. Even calling her out on that one didn't work. She just kept saying that she gave it back. I only got to wear that thing once and it was in the store when I was trying it on. She wanted to borrow it for a halloween costume and I was nice enough to lend it to her.

Now I don't lend people my clothing. I paid for them, they are mine. Mostly my shirts and shoes. No one else touches them. If I see a friend trying on my high-heeled mary janes, I will make them take them off before they leave the bedroom.

even though most of my friends are about the same size as me, i don't exactly borrow their clothes. the only time i did was if it was a really hot top and i wanted to wear it to an awesome party or if i forgot spare clothes for physical education. trying on my friends' clothes is also fun indeed. i'm not like my sister though. whenever i plan on borrowing something, i usually return it to my friend the following day. she ends up keeping it for like months and her friend she borrowed it from ends up forgetting. talk about smart, yet evil? x_x

I'm thinner than half of my friends and bigger than the other half... I don't think I have any friends my size. x_x

I don't like borrowing or lending things anyway. What's mine is mine and what's yours is yours; let's keep it that way.

Me and my friends don't really have sleepovers anymore so this issue doesn't come back up. A couple of years ago when it did happen it did feel weird. I mean they're basically in your second skin!

None of my friends would fit in my clothes because I'm so tiny. I'd feel weird wearing their clothes though, I don't think I'd want to. xD

I wear my boyfriend's shirts sometimes. They're huge, so I'd sleep in them. 8D

No one I know really shares the same exact size, or they just don't ask. Our styles differ anyways. I would loan them a shirt or somethin' if they asked for it. It's only a shirt, right?

I'm to tiny for any of my friends to borrow my clothes. I steal my sister's hoodies all the time though. I like them because they're really big and warm. I would have a problem if someone wanted to wear my clothes. I don't like the idea of someone else's body touching my clothing.

Whenever my friends come over, they like walk straight to my closet. Two of my shirts and one of my ties I know I will never be getting back. Which is ok I guess, because I stole the tie from my cousin anyway and have another one of the same shirt, only with long sleeves. ...But still. :(

And one day my cousin said one of my friends dressed cool and I was like "you know what, she was actually dressed a lot better than usual today..." and then I realized later that she was wearing my shirt, my necklace, my belt, and my hat. I mean I'm ok with letting them borrow some once in awhile I guess, but when they come in and just take like half my clothes, I just want to slap them. :x Or my mom, since she's usually the one saying "oh sure, take as much as you want!"
