We never know what is trully pretty. Everyone has different tastes, but all of us wish to love a person, who is beautiful on the inside as well.

She is ugly, but yet she is pretty.
But being serious his is my new OC and she still doesn't have any name. What a pity >.<

Her shoulder seems a bit odd to me, but that's just me. Another thing is, wouldn't the rat [or mouse?] on her pants/leg leave some folds in her pants?

It's an interesting concept, which makes it very spiffy. ^_^ The idea is complimented very well by your art style, and I love the shoes!

I also immediately thought Medusa, but then I reflected on the overuse of that particular name. The next name to come to mind was Meredith, and that's definitely sticking. I keep looking back and thinking, "Oh hey, cool, it's Meredith. Paper bag girl. I know here. ;o;"

It'll be problematic when you name her something different, draw her again, and post her. I'll be all over the topic hugging 'Meredith', and you'll have to correct me.

Maybe. It really looks like Medusa's hair, though it's not. The first thing I was thinking about wghile drawing her hair were dreads and some cyber things. I'm not sure if those are dreads.

You might be right about her shoulders. I think my way of making her look stoop-shouldered was a fail.
