I've continued to exercise but my eating is still bleh. x.x
Today I had toast for brekkie, then a BLT for lunch, (ooh the calories!), and for dinner I had a salad with new potatoes and bits of chicken and bacon... plus some of my brother's chips ("fries"), and a small orange tart and a bit of ice-cream.

I had two giant bauguettes [sp?] for dinner. :P Those things are addicting. >w<;
o: I found this calorie intake measurment thingy, it's on the back of my trainer guide! XD
It's pretty complicated though. o.o My friend told me she did it and only got 1.6k~1.8k calorie intake. o.o I did it and I got 1.8k~2.3k calorie intake. XD
[It told me to take off 500 calories if I wanted to lose weight so I don't know if I did or didn't XD]

Hey all! How's everyone doing? Sorry I've been gone for a bit...trying to concentrate on school work! But somehow, even when I'm not on Menewsha I still find things to distract me from my work! *lol*
I was going to start in earnest this last Monday, but my eating has been terrible - I keep blaming it on stress, but I should just find a different way to deal with stress, plain and simple! Tonight, I had pizza... >.<
Time for veggies and exercise! I have no doubt that every one of us can change our lives for the better! *shakes pompoms* Woohoo!

Pizza! I remember one time, my friend used up 3 napkins blotting the fat off of one slice of pizza! O.O; It scared me and I blotted my own. XD It only took 2 napkins because hers was pepperoni and mine was supreme. @[email protected] Costco is trying to kill us. XD

Ew! I haven't had pepperoni in a long time - definitely way too greasy! I like lots of cheese, though, which isn't all that much better when it comes to saturated fat. But at least it was just plain cheese, and not a mega meat combo! *lol*

I adore pepperoni pizza... I had one for lunch on monday when I went shopping. >w<
But it definitely wasn't as greasy as that. o.O
Today I've been very good.
Good Things
- Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich for lunch (330kcal)
- Banana as a snack
- Baked potato with salad for dinner
- 6 glasses of water
- 30mins of running (4.3miles, -300kcal)
Less Good Things
- Apple juice at dinner (unneccessary 90kcal)
- Slice of banana cake after dinner
... I love banana cake... -drools-

Mmmm, banana cake....that sounds so yummy! *lol*
Way to go on your healthy eating!!! I wouldn't be too down about the juice though...at least there's some nutritional value in juice! I think apple juice is pretty high in potassium.
Today has been complete crap for me food-wise. Argh! Sure, there was broccoli in my pasta salad and I had some really nice organic pineapple juice (pineapple juice with pulp in it has a ton of nutrients!)...but there was also left over pizza and chocolate ice cream. >.<
I think it's time to pull out the big guns and do a major fridge and pantry cleaning again. After that it's off to the store to buy lots of fruit and veggies! If the naughty stuff isn't in the house, I'll be a lot less likely to eat it. I'm going to get my new healthy space set up this weekend, and by Monday I will be full-on healthy living - so I'll be back in here with good things to report!

But yeah, just chuck it all out. : DD
Another tip:
When you go shopping to restock on healthy stuff, don't shop when you're hungry.
You'll buy too much and probably the same unhealthy stuff. xD
Unfortunately for me there will be unhealthy things in my house because I live with parents and two siblings and they (well, not my mum) will continue to want their little pleasures. x.x
Like we're still getting coke for my brother, and that is just tons of calories and a heap of sugar. xD

My fridge itself needs some cleaning. :S Foodwise and germwise! xD You can see splotches of dark colored stuff. .__.; Something probably leeked.
And there's some ancient ice cream in the back of my fridge. XD That needs to go along with the cheese sticks! D;

Lol, we have loads of tubs of aging vanilla icecream. :lol:
My mum buys loads but we want exciting flavours... : D
Like stawberry or chocolate or raspberry ripple... <33
I've been okay today... chicken and potatoes and veg for lunch, and then a hot cross bun for tea. :lol:
... plus a few jelly babies. >.>
I get peckish when I'm working! D<
