I really haven't bought anything super expensive yet. At least, not without help from someone.
I guess about $100 on a wireless router (I think that's what it was called) for my boyfriend for christmas.

Hah, my $650 rent I have to pay each month. Other than that, probably my husband's wedding band. I don't think I've ever spent more than $1000 on any one thing.

I don't know. I think it was 200 dollars on Disney World. But the most I've spent in one day was $120 in a club called Overtime.

Definitely my car for $4500 (although 1000 of that was gifted by my parents). Otherwise probably my DS which I bought off ebay 2 days before Christmas for $10 above retail price. (I really really wanted it...)

The most money I've ever spent on one thing would have to be the money I spent on a trip to San Francisco. It was some years ago now and I don't remember the amount spent but after the whole trip was over it was a lot. But I guess you probably mean on an item or something, so I guess it would have to be five hundred dollars spent on a watch. It was waterproof, glowed in the dark, had the day and date and was still dainty and pretty enough to fit on my skinny little wrist. Wish I still had it.

The most money I ever spent on one thing was going to anthrocon.
200 for the entrance fee
90 for the bus ticket
300 for the room
50 for badges
10 dollars for a plush seal
and 10 dollars for folders
660 dollars X3
But it was totally worth it!

Ah! I just remembered, which is utterly stupid because it's such a big thing! The most money I spent would have to be £5,000 ($9,805) on my rented flat, for a deposit and then the things to put in it such as a fridge, cooker, washing machine etc. @[email protected] Man how could I forget that! xD!

Uhm...
Probably my eyebrow ring, like the whole process [piercing, stud, cleaner, etcetc]
It was about one hundred dollars.
Even then, my mom split it with me =/
I normally don't ever pay for anything because my mom is always like "No, no, let me help pay for it."

The most money ever spent on one thing? Well purely recreational, that would have to be a week long vacation trip. I'm planning on going down the Riviera on cruise ship. can't wait! It's going to be reaaaaally expensive though!

I can't think really. I'm lucky that my iPod was a Christmas gift from my grandmother and uncle.
I bought my own Gamecube when they first came out and I got a package with 5 games so I think that cost over £200 ($400+). My parents split the money for the Wii with me so I only had to pay about £90.
Actually I've just seen another post which said laptop, and even though I split the money with my mum again (I use it for my sixth form work) it still cost me over £200. So I guess that's the joint most expensive thing.
I usually just fritter away my money on small things like books or clothes.

I'm lucky - most of my really expensive things have been gifts. I can't think of what the single most expensive thing I've bought myself was...I can think of WHERE I spent the most money at once, but that's not really the same. XD
However, I'm saving for a new computer. That's most definitely going to beat out everything I've ever purchased before. I love my current one...but I don't trust it for stuff like art anymore, not to mention the touchpad is falling apart. >.<; And of course, I've now caught myself fixated on one of the most expensive computers I can find.
I'm looking at MacBook Pro...which starts at $2000. And knowing me, I'm going to want some extras. XD; I CAN afford it right now...but then I wouldn't have enough money set aside for emergencies, not to mention my dad would find out, and that would be bad. ^^; (He's not a Mac fan; he's never told me why, though...probably because he's more business-oriented, and they're not. And neither am I. >.<)
I haven't bought it YET...but before long, that will most definitely become the most expensive thing I've ever bought.

Mangas, books, PS2 games, and CDs.
Those are the love of my life, yet they all cost A LOT.
Today, I went to a rummage sale for the first time and I scored BIG TIME. I bought a lot of books, dvds, and CDs, for a really really cheap price!
But usually, my dad catches me buying mangas and books with receipts going up to a hundred dollars... >.<

The most money I ever spent on was my Nintendo Wii. I had to pay up my $100 in check to my mom so she could but it with her money too. And how did a thirteen-year old get that much money. By winning a drawing contest and placing first place in her own grade level. >.<
