yeah I know the hand looks flat I'll work on it ...and maybe bring it up once skin tones stop terrorizing my dreams. Should I take the scallopey lace all the way up or just leave it where it is...I just sort of stopped with it and I'm not sure if I should leave it...it makes it look a little unfinished :\ maybe I am just insane.

I think finishing the lace would look really pretty on the final product :3
Now, this could just be me, but she seems a little short from the waist down.

you're right her dress may need to be a tad longer but I was thinking of having her walking in pink clouds [so I wouldn't have to do all the tiny folds on the bottom of the dress as much as I love colouring folds it would probably be at the last minute] and be all ...pink? lol

The shading is beautiful. You're really good at coloring. I also think that she looks to short, but having her walking in a cloud would fix that. :]

Some of proportions are a bit off, but some people already told you what is wrong and what - not. But so far coloring seems to be on a rather good level.
Keep it up. I'd like to see th finished version of this.

I think it's very nice, especially the way you shaded the corset... wish to see it when it's done with the clouds and everything :D

@hug: Thank you, I usually just do the colouring not the artwork because I'm easily distracted.

@aonith: thank you, I hope I get this done by the 17th but I'm not sure that's going to happen either way I'll finish it and post it up because I really like the idea of it and I think it's going to look really pretty ^-^

@lulan888:thank you, that corset looked absolutely hideous for about twenty minutes while I was trying to shade it and get the right shapes in there then I put a nice medium colour over it and all was well afterwards I passed out on my bed from exhaustion. lol

I think...her butt looks huge. o.o

But when you say scallopey lace, are you talking about the lace on her corset type top? it looks fine to me as it is. :3

now you see back in the day women wore things called 'bustles' and 'hoop skirts' to create a certain figure/silhouette so that isn't entirely her butt it's her skirt and underthings.

Her face looked so much... softer in the sketches, more regal. But in the finished version she looks just like a lady I know in real life xD So bravo!

The cloud fixed the length just like you though, and your shading is impeccable.

I suppose it's a little late now <.<; but her front hand, the one holding the wand is at a very odd angle and much too small. Over all it's lovely though ^.^

Her face looks odd just something seems off I can't place it.. but it is done well..

the coloring is awesome, but her hand is at an angle I dont think is really comfortable or the such...

other then that though awesome job!

It's either her whole arm is too small, or it's just the forearm...

that whole arm is messed up and I hate it :\

The head seems too big for her body and the arm around her boa is a too skinny. It also looks like she's too short or something.

Thank you. I thought her head looked fine...are you talking about her hair? She does have a lot of it...I guess I could have made her shoulders a bit wider.

The arm around her boa is hidden by her body, she's facing to the side like she was walking and then turned a little to look at something [and it is possible I've just sat in front of the mirror and if anything her arm should probably be hidden a bit more]

yeah she is too short I didn't draw out her legs so they came up a bit short and I covered it with a cloud [sorry if this sounds a bit defensive but I think the arm is fine the other arm...well I've mentioned how I feel about that already...
I'm curious about the head thing and willing to take that in to consideration but as we have all already touched on the subject of her legs not being long enough I feel that it wasn't needed
although my Mom,lol, came in while I was working on it last night and complained that not everyone is particularly in proportion and some people have longer legs than there bodies and some have longer bodies than legs *shrug* but I did want to make her in proportion which is why I added a large cloud. wow did I just talk myself in to a huge rant filled circle? sorry...] [/wall o' text]
