Well, the Exchange is simple.

#1: Make a thread; include the things your buying, selling, and ETC.
#2: If someone wants to buy something of yours, and it's the price you agree with.. Send them a trade.
#3: Accept the trade, when they've added the money\item.
#4: Enjoy your stuff.
